I had a very disappointing experience with the delivery driver. She was extremely rude during the delivery — instead of properly dropping off the order, she handed it roughly to my 11-year-old son without any communication, saying “Here, you take it,” before speeding off. This behavior was especially concerning, as there are strict speed limits in our neighborhood due to the number of children playing outside. Rather than confirming the correct apartment or communicating in any way, the driver made assumptions and acted unprofessionally. Additionally, the contact number associated with the order was my husband’s, who was at work and unable to assist at the time. Overall, this experience was unacceptable and concerning for the safety of our community.If you don’t like your job go elsewhere.
