Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pizza this evening and it seems they forgot to put steak on it. I basically got a 'Philly Cheese' pizza with a few bacon bit size pieces of actual meat on it. It had about 7 or 8 small, very thin slivers of green onion on it as well as maybe 2 or 3 scraps of onion. Very disappointed.

Front counter lady has a personality that lacks for running the front of a business. Flat affect and looks and acts like she hates her job and asking for anything is just too much, that is how it seems cause heaven forbid she has to pause her AirPod to hear you clearly.

They are taking orders they know they need 45 minutes to fulfill

The man that took my order I want to think you so much for being so polite and having good manners you took my order so polite and asked me how my day was you don't fine that all the time I'll keep coming to this location I think he stated his name was Christopher the food was awesome and you had very good customer service keep doing amazing job God will bless you and your family 🙏

Was notified by the app my food was ready. When I went in they told me it wasn’t ready. I then had to wait an additional 8 minutes. When I asked if the app was always that wrong he said yes. They didn’t apologize or try to remedy the situation.

It appears there has been a reduction in the quantity of toppings applied to your menu items. Additionally, the pizza and cheese sticks were prematurely removed from the oven, resulting in undercooked dough.

Ordered Papa Johns from here for the first time in probably a decade earlier this week. Long time Dominos advocate. Happy to report I’m over dominos and a PJ’s convert. It was quick, delicious and not soggy.

Super nice staff. My daughter dropped our dessert the second we made it to the car. I went back in to buy a new one and they did not charge us. Highly recommend, great service and pizza was spot on like always.

Marked in app as ready was nowhere near ready!!!!!! Cheating the system is bad business!!!

Finally, a location that actually let's the dough proof. I have CONSTANTLY been at locations that the dough if terrible because they do not let it rise before running through the oven. THANK YOU!!!!
