OUTSTANDING!!! I was picking up a doordash order here Christmas evening. The staff was buried in orders and kept their composure under stress. They worked together calmly under unbelievable pressure and a lobby packed to the hilt with customers and dashers staring at them. The manager was highly efficient and multitasking so well he made it look easy! Never lost his cool or manners and maintained professionalism. Kept me informed about my customers order wait and delays so I could inform my customer. I got a great tip. Thank you!! Your team here is amazing enough to make me want to apply here lol.

This is truly the best Papa John's around! Marc and the team at Clough are friendly and so helpful. We had a large order for my autistic daughters birthday party, its her favorite pizza place (we have to order at least once or twice a week) and the amazing team went above and beyond for her! They even gave her a card!! Made her birthday so special! Thank you all SO much

Never ordering here again. Placed an order through DoorDash, pizza arrived with no sauce, it was thin as paper, and what little bread there was, was burnt and crusty. The store manager offered no solution or refund, just nasty.
Every time I do laundry next door to them I grab myself a small pizza. I always ask for light toppings and this is one of the few places that actually still listens.

Seen the lady vaping in the store, very unprofessional at this location. They screwed up my order. Gave me fake names when I asked what his name was. I will not be returning to this location. They charged me for food and didn’t receive it. Highly pissed
