Best part of the experience was the delivery guy, nice kid, arrived quickly, he earned my tip. However, I'll never order Papa John's again....the food was disgusting. The boneless wings, taste like frozen Tyson chicken nuggets....so nasty. It wasn't prepared incorrectly, it's the quality of the food in general. At age 47, I often ask myself will this help me live longer or cause me to die faster? I think you understand....Fresh fruit going forward.....besides the $10 tip, I threw away $41 and the vast majority of the order, 100p. Good luck everyone!

We ordered Parm garlic crust on accident. As soon as we ordered I called and asked for thin crust. If different charge, I pay it. Also asked to cut in squares, easier for geriatric in house to handle. When I got there the gentleman seemed put out the to put 3 wings in bag for me. The pizza was not thin crust or cut in squares. Girl I spoke to was rude and informed me I should have ordered it right instead of expect them to change it and then when I got home pizza crust was doughy and underdone!!!!! Epic fail on pizza night
Last three times I went in to papa John's on clough pike the pizzas on a1 to 10 ratings I wouldn't won't even give a 1. I swear to God. Years ago the pizzas were really good. With the new manager hired almost two years ago just destroyed this store. Please don't anyone eat at this rank place. Drivers are constantly screwing up orders. Go up the street a few miles and their are other p.js. you really should go!!

I just ordered online from the Clough Pike location. My 1st ever order. Total was $65.59. After I submitted the order, received error "your order did not go thru, try again...BUT my cell went off telling me they charged my card, then again, again, & again. I looked at my visa account and they charged my card 4 times!! I called. 1st young man was nice, but I asked for a manager. He said his name is Tiwan (maybe he made that up, not sure). He said their online ordering is having an "issue"...I'll say. He just could not understand that I feel cheated with a 4X charge and NO FOOD unless of course I wanted to pay for it a 5th time. He talked down to me like I was an "old idiot" who doesn't get how modern technology works. He said "those charges are only "pending" and they shouldn't go thru" and I'm supposed to trust him? NEVER again!! I hung up and ordered Larosa's. It went thru and I was charged ONE time.

I ordered cheesesticks for my husband and I. And wanted 2 ranches with them. And got 2 garlic butters and 1 ranch. This is the worst we've ever received from papa johns. The cheesesticks aren't even cut right, and my 6 cheese cheesesticks weren't done right at all. We order from here all the time. But now may find another place to order cheesesticks from because these can't even be made right when it's simple to make cheesesticks.
