We tried it twice. Poor service and the food was terrible. Waited 2 hours to be served crap. Don't waste your time.
A friend and I stopped by for dinner last evening around 7pm only to find the doors locked. The televisions were on and the lights over the bar were on, but the rest of the restaurant was dark. There was one woman sitting at the bar but she never looked up and eventually disappeared back into the kitchen. We watched as 3 to 4 different couples tried the door as well only to find it locked. We did eat here once, back in September - the food was good, but the service was a bit slow as there were only three people working the entire restaurant. I know this place has struggled with hiring, but I feel there is more going on than that.Their Facebook page offers no clues as to what is going on, but unfortunately I don't see this restaurant surviving much longer. I hope I'm wrong.
We went on a Wednesday afternoon. We were the only people in there. Waitress was pleasant. The chalkboard sign out front mentioned soup but there was no soup on the menu. It was a really strange menu at that. No descriptions of any of the items. I ordered the salmon basket with onion rings. Maybe I ordered wrong. But fried salmon is just weird and it was a really thin piece. But what was even stranger was there were no onions in the onion rings. At first I thought, just a lot of batter. But after further inspection, there were just no onions in them. My husband order the cod basket with French fries. The cod was good but half of the French fries were raw. It was a complete waste of $40.
Be sure to check your receipt before and after your charge is ran. Oh and don't go if your hungry for seafood or your order to be correct.
The restaurant/bar was nice we only had a couple of drinks. There menu is on the smaller side.
If you have 2 hours to wait to get your food, this is your place for an excellent grouper sandwich. But probably skip the fries, they are tasteless and have no salt. And maybe bring your own drinks since even if you ask multiple times you will not get refills. And forget about ordering a salad because, I guess the lettuce hasn't grown yet.
This was my first visit to Cedericks and I was very disappointed. Many things on the menu weren't available "due to not having enough customers", and they had even run out of gas for carbonated drinks. The one plus was that our waitress (who was also the greeter, the chef and the bartender - there was one employee in the whole place) was excellent, and did everything she could to make is feel welcome and to give us a good experience. She must feel let down that the management/owners aren't there to help her, and it's ultimately the lack of help that will kill this restaurant
Unfortunate. Had great expectations but a shame Had a 7p rez, called because nothing available from their website, weird since place was a ghost town on a Saturday. 30 minutes after seating nothing more than a glass of water. Teenage kid was motivated, no one else was. He recognized it wasn't working.... no one else did. Took our order but we cancelled. Bartender was interested in the two at the bar, no one else. Best of luck, owner needs to step it up!! I don't blame the employees, it's poor management.
Appalling. You walk in the door and it somewhat resembles what should be a nice establishment. However...First, was the sticker shock on the menu. Then there was the fly in my son's drink and lack of refills on mine as the server sat across the entire spacious dining area and talked on her phone leaving us, the only customers at the time unattended. The bathroom stall has no latch on it. That's not something the parent of a young child wants to hear when they return from their bathroom. And I'm sure no ladies want that lack of security either. The toilet paper wasn't even placed in the dispenser but that's the least of the worries here. The food was definitely lacking. The appetizer (Pappa's Seafood Dip) did not taste appetizing. We both had the shrimp alfredo and felt it was subpar but not horrible. The garlic bread that was supposed to come with it was unseen but the cook gladly gave us extra for the seafood dip although it was enjoyed without the dip for this go around. For sides we ordered the garlic mashed potatoes and spinach. The mashed potatoes were mistaken for the sweet potato souffle somewhere along the communication chain but the order was taken via electronic tablet. The check came and it was graciously discounted. But again, the server never came to pick up the check so I had to bring it up to the counter myself. In summary, it was just disappointing. It looks like it would be a nice experience but it definitely lets you down.
Had a reservation for my mother's birthday dinner on a Saturday at 6 pm. When we arrived the restaurant was closed, no note on the door, and we never received a call that our reservation was canceled. The owner was rude and unapologetic when this was discussed on a later date.

My wife and I were excited to go to this restaurant and looking forward to it’s opening. After reading the response from the owner to a review, I feel no need to even bother. I wish them the best without my patronage now or in the future.
I I really hope this restaurant gets it together and change the menu and the recipes I ordered 6 jumbo shrimp and it literally looked like a Kroger’s frozen shrimp 6 small shrimp on a bed of leaves on a small plate I could’ve cooked that myself didn’t even look appetizing for $20…such a nice establishment the bartender was very nice to me but I really hope they go back to the drawing board and make their food better I have Hope that this could be a great restaurant just need some big adjustments
Food was good. Grouper sandwich and dill pickle spear fries were good. Sandwich and fries $12. Bartender makes good drinks at around $10.
The Pickle Fries are the best fried pickles ever- so crunchy and delicious.I also enjoyed the chilean sea bass prepared with sherry and sautéed asparagus!
I desperately wanted to like this place… however the food tastes like some quick thing you throw together for the kids cause your to tired to make something good after a long day of work. They are over confident in their food for one.Two the atmosphere is a mess. It honestly is hard to describe but it does not feel like a real restaurant. If everything on the Menu was half the price it still would feel like i overpaid. Paid 140$ for what i felt was 35$ in quality at most. I have had better Cajun food from a fast food restaurant.I’m pretty sure the only seasoning they own is Salt and Pepper. Very bland. Scallops were overcooked. Salad looked like a kroger boxed salad with processes meat.Wife's meal was unidible. Half the items on the menu were sold out.I would advise the owner to cut her loses before she drives up more debt. this place will not stay open. Quit blaming covid. It would of failed either way.Not the worst food ever but easily the worst restaurant ever … but 100% the most disappointing hands down. It is easily the worst ran one i have ever saw and feel confident in that i will ever see.
