If you’re so worried about thievery that you tell your potential customers not to be thieves, maybe you should close down your business and move somewhere with less of a theft problem - that seems to be much easier for you to do than treat a human being like a human being. Keep your response to yourself, and leave our city.

I ordered a grilled cheese for lunch (to go) and they gave me a frozen grilled cheese. I did not realize this until I was already at my destination. The place wasn't even busy. How do you forget to grill a grilled cheese. Or even put it in microwave.

Self serve pastry’s and then coffee ordered by the baristas at the check out. Amazing French pastry offerings, been wanting to try this forever.
I won’t be making that drive again. Drove 30 minutes to the bakery just for every single display case to be completely empty. Im not exaggerating, all of them empty except the whole cakes in the front. The 2 women working were leaned over the front counter watching videos on their phones, when I asked if they were planning to put anything else out, they said no were just sold out. When I pointed out that they are open for another 2 and a half hours, she just huffed and put her hand on her forehead, so we left. I would understand if we came in 30 minutes or even an hour before closing, but we were there almost 3 hours before closing and they had nothing to sell basically.
