Got sent a cease and desist by the founder of this company (Rachel Desrochers) falsely accusing me of defamation when I was the victim of a scam and lost money. I got ignored despite reaching out multiple times to clear any confusion. Even after getting the story correct (I sent a full pdf of the timeline which I gave the founder access to only by third party since they didn't want to respond to me directly, which I thought was pretty messed up; as if I was not important enough) still sent me a cease and desist that had typos, didn't cite any actual laws, was printed on what was supposed to be real legal paper and was sent twice to intimidate me and seemingly throw around their status. Not sure how a founder/Ceo who is supposed to be helpful to her community can be so two faced and acted dramatically on a situation even after getting the facts right, which wasn't very professional. Instead of an apology, they only made my situation worse and dehumanized it by bringing a lawyer after being ignored many times, and didn't even send me a legitimate legal document with correct information, I'm glad I was able to catch it and talked to a lawyer myself to not be intimidated. Not exactly an empathetic person like the founder is portrayed to be, if they treat strangers who were victims of scams like this it impresses me the employees get treated well.

2 stars because their food smells good. They complain and write reviews because cars are blocking the road. These are semis getting worked on. They stick out and have been for 30+ years. It might happen once or twice a week. You can still get by though. Their employees or vendors park daily on our private property where it clearly says no parking and you might get towed. They are actually in the way all day. Time to call the towers I guess.
I had a brisket double smash burger with cheese at Urban Artifact. It was fantastic. The rigatoni and cheese was a great side.
