2 stars because their food smells good. They complain and write reviews because cars are blocking the road. These are semis getting worked on. They stick out and have been for 30+ years. It might happen once or twice a week. You can still get by though. Their employees or vendors park daily on our private property where it clearly says no parking and you might get towed. They are actually in the way all day. Time to call the towers I guess.

Parts & Labor have catered several of our company events/meetings and because there are dietary restrictions for a few of our members Jeffrey worked with us to makes sure these members were taken care of. Only had a teaser of burnt ends at New Riff Distillery, but man are they fantastic! Falling apart, great flavor for the meat, and the sauce is a nice addition and would go well on probably anything. The pickles included are a tangy sweet and have a nice crisp to them as well. Would definitely have them cater an event I'd put on!

My company is already planning to use Parts and Labor for another event in a few weeks given our great experience. Easy to work with and able to deliver a great meal within our program budget within minimal effort on my part.
We used Parts & Labor and worked with Jeffrey for a team offsite lunch. The food was AMAZING everyone loved it. We had the order delivered it was prompt and setup was easy. Jeffrey recommended how much of everything we should order and was very helpful.

The incubator kitchen is a place where several small business owners rent out space. So they can work in a commercial kitchen setting. The kitchen houses some very unique businesses.
