I am really having a hard time finding Mexican food to my liking! 35+ years of my life in San Diego, California has made it very hard for me to find Mexican food that I love here in Cincy.Anywho... I came here for dinner with a friend and wanted some really good nachos with carne asada. I ordered their fajita nachos because that seems to be the closest thing I was looking for. Anywho, the dish tasted pretty okay - wasn't terrible - but wasn't great. The portion was quite small for a "dinner" nacho, but whatever. I was disappointed that it did not automatically come with guacamole, so I had to order that on the side (additional charge).But although what I ordered was just okay, I would definitely come back here and will probably try one of their actual entrees. Only because my friend ordered their carne asada plate and that looks pretty good. Lastly, 4 stars for the service - our server was really patient with us because we took a long time to order lol.. he was nice and did a great job.
All and all not too bad, the service was great. the wait time was nothing so came be mad about that. The menu had a ton of great selections, both tex mex and authentic options. i went with the taquitos and they had a great flavor. The only thing i would change is make the salsa a little spicier.

Incredibly slow. Dropped off daughter at DC studios and they could not get a kids cheese quesedilla done in 45 mins. Food is decent but we cant do 1 and half dinners. We brought our daughter up after dc class to eat with

The food was amazing! Their rice is better than ANY other. Loved the black beans. We started with chips and guacamole. It was thick and smooth and delicious. We had a veggie meals, bean burrito, cheese enchilada with rice and bean.??My husband had 2 enchiladas, refried beans, and rice!! We will be back with friends and give a shout-out to our hungry neighbors.Vegetarian options: You will not be disappointed with the rice and beans alone! Gauc was the best!!!Kid-friendliness: Parents came in with a child while we were there. Bench seats are very big. Small kids have tons of roomParking: It is located in the strip mall there is more than enough parking for everyone.Dietary restrictions: They had a page of vegetarian option.
