Colton was our waiter and was very nice! We had the peach cobbler with ice cream and the New York cheesecake banana pudding and they were delicious! Will definitely be back!

My wife and I stopped here recently while visiting the area. Super clean establishment. The owner was working the counter and taking orders, which you don't see often anymore. He was very helpful and informative about all their offerings; and, he was this way with every customer. He definitely went above and beyond. Our food was so good! I would definitely recommend the banana pudding shake with peanut butter and jelly!! Wished we lived in the area so we could visit more often.

Stopped in tonight and got the caramel apple cobbler. It was mediocre. Mostly caramel syrup and kind of bland tasting. Their prices are a bit outrageous in my opinion. $6 for a cookie, $8 for a single brownie? Too many other competing options in the area (crumbl, dirty dough, milk jar, etc) that have better products for better prices

First and last time coming to the “Peach Cobbler Factory “ let me start be saying if your name is the product you sell it should be a lot better than what we ate. Spent $24 on 3 small peach cobblers, couldn’t taste any peach flavor, way too much other “spice” going on in there. What a waste!

I watched one of your employees give a free sample of Ice Tea to a homeless man that clearly saw your sign. It was hot that day. The poor man said he couldn't afford the actual 4$ drink.The young man treated the homeless man like he could have been the mayor of Cincinnati. We stopped and gave the homeless man our left over sushi and our hot churros with strawberry sauce and whipped cream. We also had the banana pudding shake.Wow! This is a classy shop ran by the finest people. We will be back. Thank you
