Definitely will be back!! Went on Friday night. Didnt get the guys name who waited on us; but he was amazing!! Friendly, knowledgeable and did I say Friendly?? Carmel Apple and Peach cobblers were our favorite. The Banana pudding is amazing, too!!

They have some ice cream you can put it on the cobbler. What is a cobbler? Like a pudding? When the man's makes your cobbled cobblered cobbs in the window he will ring a tiny bell then run around to the front and pretend to be a different person but you can't fool me cobbler. Worst shoe repair shop I've ever seen

I got the pecan sweet potato cobbler, it was okay but I’ve tried the one in West chester has better sweet potato cobbler. Here it literally taste like canned sweet potato pie in a cup. It’s lazy. They definitely try more in west Chester. I think I had a total of 3 tiny pieces of pecans and there was a flavor of APPLE in my SWEET POTATO COBBLER.

Peach Cobbler Factory is a solid choice for desserts. The staff were friendly and the tables were clean.
We tried the strawberry/peach and strawberry cobblers; both were flavorful, savory, and not overwhelmingly sweet.
We really enjoyed the peach Cobbler and ice cream on this very hot day it's so delicious next time I will try banana pudding.
I had a free Butterfinger banana pudding and it was so delicious!
