Cute place good ice cream. Service was rude and awful. Didn’t even speak to us the entire time he was taking our order or handing us the ice cream. Raised his eyebrows at us to signal he was ready for our order.

Ice cream looked nothing like it does in the pictures. I got a soft serve vanilla with chocolate chips and the ice cream tasted freezer burnt and crystallized. I took a few bites and just threw it away. Very disappointed. My sister also wanted to get a malt (which is on the menu) but they didn’t have malt powder.

um YES! so happy i stumbled upon this place. was walking back to downtown and wanted a pick me up in the afternoon. just happened to find this lil ice cream shop right by urbana cafe and im so glad i did. the boy working the shop was kind and helpful! got the affogato with cookie dough and soft serve. it was so perfect, all affogatos should have the option to have edible cookie dough added to them. it was a great portion size for the price too! variety of seating and a nice atmosphere, just wish there was some music playing. will definetly be returning :)

Good ice cream! I only ever get the soft serve swirl but it's great. Best soft serve i know of downtown. Decor is interesting but cool place.

We loved this place and had been here many times. However tonight I went to the bathroom and in addition to being disgusting (a pile of hair in the floor), I saw two cockroaches crawling around. I didn’t even use the rest room, we just left and won’t be back…
