Charming place and family friendly serving delicious soft serve that is way better than Diary Queen. They also have tasty cookie dough and awesome shakes. I had their Java Whip and can go back every day for one, so good! The staff were welcoming and happy to recommend add ins and flavors. I want to go back again and again to try different combinations because they are that good.
We’ve been to the Ft. Thomas location and loved it so naturally we had to check out this one, and let me just say it exceed expectations! The ice cream was so smooth and perfectly rich, and the cookie dough was deliciously soft!! The new owners are just the sweetest with the most amazing service! And the cherry on top is the perfect atmosphere, it’s cute, classic, and a great place to hang out with family and friends!!! Definitely check it out!
Middle of the road, Soft serve only.
The only thing more disappointing than the cookie dough its self was the customer service. If you like a warm smile and a hospital welcome this is not the establishment for you. As we were greeted with cold stares and dead silence, if this doesn’t throw you off the menu surely will. And as you can probably predict the staff was no help in clarifying. Upon ordering a root beer, float for myself and a cup of cookie dough to go for my son, they placed a cup of ice cream on the side, with a lid already on top and no other context on this being my “rootbeer float”. My fried who had dined her before had to point me to a fridge full of soda pops and directed me to grab a rootbeer and finish the job off myself. I suppose it is quite hard for early 20 year olds in college to finish this task off correctly. The only thing scarier than my interactions at Pendlton was the choice in decor. Because nothing says let’s go for family friendly sweet treats like zombies, terrifying penny wise clowns and a giant fish eating a hand?? If these images don’t haunt my dreams, the pain from the over processed, pure lump of sugar they call cookie dough will definitely keep me up at night 🥴
The ice cream is always good, however the 2 young men working there, could be taught a lesson on customer service. I walked in with 5 other people. The 2 employees were just sitting behind he counter. There was zero greeting, hello or anything. No one ever asked what we wanted. We had to start the conversation. It was like pulling teeth to make them react.
We love their affogato!:)
The ice cream was good but the portions on the flurry were small , also there’s not enough ice cream , customer service was ok . No one spoke when I walked in and eye contact was made .
Tasted like a McDonalds cone. Nothing special.
Was really excited to try Pendleton Parlor but it smelled like sewage inside and Ice cream was just ok. Didn’t have any coffee either.
I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately I was disappointed. I got a Nutella top shelf, and it looks like they just gave me melted ice cream. It tasted fine, but paying $5 for melted ice cream feels a little silly. I want to go back and try something else.

Visited this last week, I honestly think its overrated. Shop is dirty too. Went during the off hours and the employees were not busy at all. Do better job keeping the store clean n tidy.
Wonderful experience! Ichika made a pretty cool tiktok and that's what made me go! (Shout out to her!) Lovely time in there and I got the side by side! (Red velvety cookie dough and mint choco ice cream)
I lowkey think the chocolate soft serve is sour. It’s tasted sour the past two times I’ve gone and it was months apart. I like this place so I’m depressed
I’ve lived in Pendleton for over 4 years. My dog and I you could consider regulars here for his ‘pup cup’. We’d stop by 2 maybe 3 times a week because he just stops at the door and begs. Today we stop by and I was told “we’re not pet friendly.” Since when? Everyone in the neighborhood brings there pups here. They’ve always been allowed inside. They even had pup cups on the menu at one point. What a shame. And shame to whoever complained to have the rule changed. Today you lost veteran customers.
Absolutely phenomenal place! The cookie dough is homemade and to DIE for!!! My friends and I frequent this establishment and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Best ice cream and cookie dough I’ve ever had.
