Penn Station East Coast Subs

I usually don’t write reviews, but for this Penn Station location I had to! Every time I go in there, the staff is beyond professional and polite. Food is always fresh and what I ordered. Obviously every once in a while there can be a mistake but they always make it right! I will continue to go there and recommend to others!

Currently at this location with my family! The service and the food is excellent! Thank you Rob and Dan for great service! My son says “5 stars”!

I wanted to shout out to Rob, Mycah, Dan and Mike for making my visit great!! I switched jobs and missed them. I'm back now and ready to enjoy Penn Station again.

Been here quite a few times, penn station has always been a favorite of mine. The manager Dan ALWAYS makes you feel welcome, like a VIP walked in the door. Along with his crew which today consisted of Mycah, CJ and Joe. Food is always phenomenal and they are NEVER late, if they say 15 minutes, it'll be that or less. Never had a bad experience here and I'm very picky when it comes to restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.

If I'm the owner this would be unacceptable u wouldn't you check short would u if u don't close till 10 then work till 10

We visited this location today and it was hands-down the best local Penn station experience in our area. The location was very clean, the staff were super friendly and did a great job, and the food was amazing. On the Kentucky side the locations are super hit or miss, so it’s nice to come to one. That is truly great.

Oj and Matt are the best workers I’ve ever had at penn station they were so friendly and down to earth!! I will be back!!💯💯

I was at Penn Station today 12/15 and the service and food was amazing. Everyone working was so nice and polite. I will visit again.

some friends and i went there to eat. Me and my daughter and I got the pizza sub with fries.1 the pizza sauce was basically non-existent, and we asked for light. Pizza comes with ham, but not pepperoni, which is odd the Ham was overly salty and it just was not as good as I thought it should be plus they put way too much cheese and oregano on it. The fries were much smaller than I. Imagine they would be for the size I got, but the sub was pretty much What I expect in size not to taste my husband and his friend. Got the Philly cheesesteaks. I don't think they were to impress themselves. What's what they were given. Upon pulling up. We had two employees staring at us like they did not want us in their building and did not want to serve us or anything. They continue to stare this like. Are they really coming in here? The whole way, we walked into the store. The whole time, we felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unwanted as customers
