The employees working on 9/25/25 at 7:45 PM are absolutely terrible. They were bs-ing around moving as slow as possible. Waited 30 minutes for two sandwich’s and fries. Only one customer was ahead of us. Hire better people.

Ordered online for pickup, store was clean and quiet on a Wednesday afternoon. Lovely gentleman had our sandwiches ready early and piping hot! Really enjoyed the chicken parmesan. Thanks again!

Penny, Q, Micah and Dan really made my visit worth the 15 year wait. Traveled all the way from Dallas, Texas to relive my childhood favorite sandwich shop. The team did not disappoint! Keep giving amazing customer service! Ya'll definitely have the Texas southern hospitality!

40 mins no food given. Was busy but they were flustered and everyone else started to leave too. I did too. Completely wasted lunch break

I usually don’t write reviews, but for this Penn Station location I had to! Every time I go in there, the staff is beyond professional and polite. Food is always fresh and what I ordered. Obviously every once in a while there can be a mistake but they always make it right! I will continue to go there and recommend to others!

I wanted to shout out to Rob, Mycah, Dan and Mike for making my visit great!! I switched jobs and missed them. I'm back now and ready to enjoy Penn Station again.

Been here quite a few times, penn station has always been a favorite of mine. The manager Dan ALWAYS makes you feel welcome, like a VIP walked in the door. Along with his crew which today consisted of Mycah, CJ and Joe. Food is always phenomenal and they are NEVER late, if they say 15 minutes, it'll be that or less. Never had a bad experience here and I'm very picky when it comes to restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.
