All of the staff were very friendly even with a morning rush as soon as the store opened. I placed an online order prior to the store opened it was ready for me as soon as I walked in and all food was made correctly. This is a great store.

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of having Dan take care of us today. He's running the store alone and still provides the best customer service. This man needs to be handsomely rewarded for his work. My food was hot and delicious. Thank you Dan, Because if you this is the ONLY penn station ill be eating at in cincinnati.

Ordered online for pickup, store was clean and quiet on a Wednesday afternoon. Lovely gentleman had our sandwiches ready early and piping hot! Really enjoyed the chicken parmesan. Thanks again!
