Penn Station on colerain Ave is horrible, and filthy. I got a Philly cheese steak on a wrap. The wrap was filled with these hard shape pieces of some type of material and so much oil I could fry chicken and pork chops to feed a family of five. I am extremely grossed out. My stomach has been upset all night. If , I could give this place a ZERO for their service I would. I will not be returning to that establishment on Colerain Ave ever. I can't believe that my entire sandwich is filled with this nasty unknown material and I swallowed some of it.

Updated to 4 stars due to Accountability. My friends order was good and the Manager actually followed up with me and took care of my issue.

This crew tonight was awesome. From the cooks greeting you, people taking the orders and the register. And so kind bringing you the food!

Friendly, welcoming! And amazing sandwiches. This store makes the best out of all the Penn Stations!

Worst Penn station I've ever had. Rude manager.

It was decent, not extraordinary, but that's Penn Station. The staff was great! I'd go back.

Steer clear of this penn station. I will be frequenting the one on Cheviot Rd. instead. One of my fries were waiting on me to come in and the other was made fresh when I came in. Like my fries they only gave me half of my sandwiches. After basically having to act like I had a pickup order for anyone to acknowledge me when I came back in. I had to bother the red shirt to get my other two sandwiches. And he made me feel like I was bothering him. If he would have given me my whole order I would not had to come back in to bother him for the other half of my $60 order. I will never give this location any of my business again. But at least both of the fries were cold when I got home with my wife and daughters sandwich. So that evened out at least.

So I’ve been living in NCH over 20 years and have never got bad customer service from this location until today. Not sure of the cooks name but his customer service was absolutel trash . I’m a friendly person naturally and it’s pretty hard to be mean to me . He even told me my purchase has nothing to do with his paycheck. The ignorance was so real. Hope yall teach him all customers business is important because clearly he feels like he owns the place . And lucky for him I wasn’t a secret shopper cause yall can do better than that penn station I will never forget the experience and he made me never wanna come back. Ps it wasn’t the brothers they are always nice and welcoming

Would get 5 stars if Penn Station Restaurants had a glove policy for their staff.
