Penn Station East Coast Subs

Really really bad ocoustics in Penn Station, this one is particularly BAD.

Placed an online order, got there and they said it wasn’t in the system. I gave them my confirmation order and asked if my food could either be remade or if I could get my money back since it already charged me online. The general manager, Robert Lee, decided to yell in my face saying it was my fault and they couldn’t refund me or give me the food that I already paid for. When I mentioned the person in front of me also is having issues and it is most likely their system that was the issue, Robert yelled at me saying that “I’m not talking to her right now, I’m talking to you.” Repetitively in my face. When she tried to ask him a question he yelled at her to “stop talking over me, I’m not talking to you right now.” The yelling continue until I pulled my phone out to start recording his behavior and his attitude changed real fast. All I wanted was an answer on how we can resolve this issue and all he wanted to do was yell in my face. The other workers were nice but Robert Lee should not be in customer service with the way he raised his voice at me and other customers. It’s quite embarrassing that the customers and I were way more respectful than the general manager.

Sloppy sandwich, hair in sandwich, no hairnets, gloves, manners. Tried this location again after months of avoiding this particular location. No manager on duty to issue refund. Get it together.

My sandwich was salty but it was hot and kinda good even with the salt

Great place to get great food. And great service as well, fast good meal.

I first decided I wanted a regular Philly cheese steak then decided I wanted the larger one but Robert L was unable to make those chances for me he first said 3.45 extra when the sub is 12.99 so I refuse and he daod 3.11 extra I said no again I just take what I jus order I'm not pleased with my experience

This place is TERRIBLE. The workers there have the worst attitude and very unprofessional. i paid 20.00 for food i ordered online and walked out with no food. after sharing my story with several friends and co-workers they all said, that’s why you NEVER go to the NCH store. lesson learned

*DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION* ON FEBRUARY 5TH THIS LOCATIONS LIGHTS WERE OUT DUE TO A STORM, THE WHOLE COMPLEX WAS OUT. I BOUGHT FOOD ONLINE AND PAID ONLINE. I HAVE REACHED OUT LOOKING TO GET A REFUND AND THEY HAVE NOT HAD A OWNER MANAGER OR ANYONE CONTACT ME EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE ON FEB 8TH AT 10:30 AND THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISRESPECTFUL I AM LOOKING FOR THE GM TO CALL ME ASAP.

Order on DoorDash for pick up but when I arrived there was an error and my order hadn’t came through, the staff was so nice and apologetic that I couldn’t be upset. They took my order and the food was excellent! I was refunded for my original order also.. good customer service!! I’d drive in the snow again for my order!

The sandwiches were great and although the fries were too they were a bit salty. The cashier was friendly and patient as I had my kids with us and they can be a little back and fourth. They cook, possibly a higher up was diligent and prompt and verified if we had everything ordered correctly. He even tossed a few cookies for my kids. The place is big and narrow at the same time and could use a few modern up dates but was still relatively nice. Wasn't like I was waiting in a NY subway lol. Will continue to visit, as I have before.

Kid-friendliness: Gave my kids a couple free cookies. Always nice to see people show kids kindness.

Greeted upon arrival and they cool as hell. I appreciate this location. They actually WORK!

I ordered a small Philly cheese steak with banana peppers, onion and I got the ghost pepper cheese. Let me tell you the ghost pepper cheese is delicious. When I was at this location there were two young gentlemen working the store by themselves. They were fast and efficient and friendly. They greeted me quickly and made my food fresh
