Had to stop thru there to get some of their excellent lemonade! And of course some cookies. Both were great

My sandwich was salty but it was hot and kinda good even with the salt

Great place to get great food. And great service as well, fast good meal.

I first decided I wanted a regular Philly cheese steak then decided I wanted the larger one but Robert L was unable to make those chances for me he first said 3.45 extra when the sub is 12.99 so I refuse and he daod 3.11 extra I said no again I just take what I jus order I'm not pleased with my experience

This place is TERRIBLE. The workers there have the worst attitude and very unprofessional. i paid 20.00 for food i ordered online and walked out with no food. after sharing my story with several friends and co-workers they all said, that’s why you NEVER go to the NCH store. lesson learned

*DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION* ON FEBRUARY 5TH THIS LOCATIONS LIGHTS WERE OUT DUE TO A STORM, THE WHOLE COMPLEX WAS OUT. I BOUGHT FOOD ONLINE AND PAID ONLINE. I HAVE REACHED OUT LOOKING TO GET A REFUND AND THEY HAVE NOT HAD A OWNER MANAGER OR ANYONE CONTACT ME EVEN THOUGH I CALLED AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE ON FEB 8TH AT 10:30 AND THEY TOOK MY INFORMATION. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISRESPECTFUL I AM LOOKING FOR THE GM TO CALL ME ASAP.

Order on DoorDash for pick up but when I arrived there was an error and my order hadn’t came through, the staff was so nice and apologetic that I couldn’t be upset. They took my order and the food was excellent! I was refunded for my original order also.. good customer service!! I’d drive in the snow again for my order!

The sandwiches were great and although the fries were too they were a bit salty. The cashier was friendly and patient as I had my kids with us and they can be a little back and fourth. They cook, possibly a higher up was diligent and prompt and verified if we had everything ordered correctly. He even tossed a few cookies for my kids. The place is big and narrow at the same time and could use a few modern up dates but was still relatively nice. Wasn't like I was waiting in a NY subway lol. Will continue to visit, as I have before.

Kid-friendliness: Gave my kids a couple free cookies. Always nice to see people show kids kindness.

Greeted upon arrival and they cool as hell. I appreciate this location. They actually WORK!

I ordered a small Philly cheese steak with banana peppers, onion and I got the ghost pepper cheese. Let me tell you the ghost pepper cheese is delicious. When I was at this location there were two young gentlemen working the store by themselves. They were fast and efficient and friendly. They greeted me quickly and made my food fresh

This is one of the worst Penn Stations I’ve ever been to. My order was not accurate. I also called the restaurant come to find out at not busy time and no one was answering the phone. I will not be back to this location. I am extremely disappointed. It seems that an adjustment in management is needed ed because this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location.

This location is always closing for no reason at all. They will have you place online orders then close by the time you arrive to get your food. Management NEVER makes good on it ...NEVER offer you a refund or to give you what you ordered. I hope they soon close this location as this happens often and NOW with this Bengals promotion they will be taking folks money anytime the Bengals should win.
