Got my food and ordered a cookie, only to find out I didn't get it in my bag. :( Was a little bummed about that, but the food was good.

Emily D, who works at this Penn Station in Evendale, apparently doesn’t know how to put the right ingredients on a cold cut sub. Ordered a turkey avocado with extra ingredients and this was precisely 30 minutes before closing. I pick it up 20 mins later, then get home to discover there’s no lettuce, no roma tomatoes, no black pepper, no oregano. I couldn’t even taste oil and vinegar, but the multigrain was slightly soggy from the turkey and avocado. They didn’t even cut the sub. Not in half. No cut whatsoever. But hey, it had provolone, a couple trims of green pepper and red onions so I guess just ignore all the other mistakes. 🙃 If they don’t want to bother making a sub as requested through an online order, then why should I bother going to this Penn Station?

This is my favorite Penn Station! The food is great, the cookie are always fresh and everyone who works here is so welcoming and friendly. Many of the people who are working here have been at this location for a while and know what they're doing.

Not a fan of banana peppers but I like the juice they are in and they always make it happen when I want it on my sandwich 10/10 and I love that they have a drive up pickup window

The Evendale location is the only location I order from. The restaurant is always clean. The employees are very friendly. The food never disappoints.

I placed an online order through Penn Station on their website. I received an order number and told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I head up there and when I tell them that I had an online order they informed me they didn’t have online order only a phone in. The first guy I was talking to told me that and it was a manager problem. Rudely! I go grab my phone and show them I placed the order with the confirmation. The girl working was nice looked at the confirmation and told them I had one and the store location was correct too. I open my bank app to see if the charge was on there and I have 2 charges for the same amount for Penn Station. The older man stated that didn’t matter and wouldn’t make the food telling me that does not mean we will get paid. I wasn’t about to charge my card for a third time so I left and got food from somewhere else. It’s now 24 hours later and the charges are still there. The dismissal of me, the charges and leaving there with no resolution and no food was ridiculous. Now I will call the bank to dispute the charges and probably never go back to this location. To tell someone that doesn’t mean we will get paid and to be dismissive of the order number and charges is ridiculous considering this is the main location I order from for the last 12 years The older gentleman has been there for some time because he is usually there when I order from that location.

Writing this review to specifically call out Vicki who took our order and was a wonderfully supportive during our stay. We came in with 10 people, which can be annoying, and were treated with kindness and attentiveness. Someone give her a raise.

$35.00 for two tiny beef sandwiches and overcooked fries. Terrible. We used to love this place...what happened?
