Penn Station East Coast Subs

This location never disappoints! The manager, Mary, was very kind and greeted us as soon as we walked in! She made the experience fun and we didn’t feel rushed like at other locations! I got the Philly add teriyaki and it was great! Very filling and the flavor hit right on point! My wife got the Italian and she wanted to go get another lol! The subs are always top tier here.. the lemonade and sweet tea mix is by far the best around!! Great staff, great atmosphere, we will definitely return!! Give Mary a raise or promotion she’s been there for years and she is a great face to see when we come in.. amazing customer service!!

Posting this so I remind myself to never come back here. Very gross and dirty. Look at the credit card machine, layers of filth. The store stinks, I feel gross thinking about it. The tables were as sticky as the floor. How can a franchisee feel good about owning something like this? How do employees show up and work in filth? Prices are way too high not to do simple cleaning. How do we not have health inspectors checking this stuff out?

Every time we go to this location, I just love it. They cook my food well, they’re clean, they’re friendly and I will travel to go to that location. Sean and also the young man that was at the register was so friendly everyone that worked Tuesday night was nice.

Emily D, who works at this Penn Station in Evendale, apparently doesn’t know how to put the right ingredients on a cold cut sub. Ordered a turkey avocado with extra ingredients and this was precisely 30 minutes before closing. I pick it up 20 mins later, then get home to discover there’s no lettuce, no roma tomatoes, no black pepper, no oregano. I couldn’t even taste oil and vinegar, but the multigrain was slightly soggy from the turkey and avocado. They didn’t even cut the sub. Not in half. No cut whatsoever. But hey, it had provolone, a couple trims of green pepper and red onions so I guess just ignore all the other mistakes. 🙃 If they don’t want to bother making a sub as requested through an online order, then why should I bother going to this Penn Station?

This is my favorite Penn Station! The food is great, the cookie are always fresh and everyone who works here is so welcoming and friendly. Many of the people who are working here have been at this location for a while and know what they're doing.

Not a fan of banana peppers but I like the juice they are in and they always make it happen when I want it on my sandwich 10/10 and I love that they have a drive up pickup window
