Took over an hour to get a online order management has no idea what they are doing

They argued with me about a sandwich without any sear marks on the vegetables or meat. It looks like I had a boiled sandwich. Then when I finally got home to eat the sandwich I had to drive out to have remade. I then bit into an uncooked fries yum. I called and they complained to me like it’s my fault. What a joke of establishment.

I like Penn Station but me and the wife stopped for supper. Our subs at this one were awsome. I cant imagine how it could taste any better. We will definitely come here more often
