This White,Oak location much better service and timely. Avoid Hamil t on Zvenue location unless you have 30 to 49 minutes to wait fir your order. Will get more Penn Station dubs now that I have a shorter drive to the Cheviot Road location in White Oak

Jaz is thee best! I placed an order 5 mins to closing not knowing they had just cleaned their grill and turned off the fryers but Jaz was welcoming and had such a pleasant attitude but the best part is she grilled the heck out of my veggie sub just the way I like it!

Place was literally empty at 2pm so bonus for me!

Honestly I expect customer service to make me feel like I’m wanted , I walk in all eyes on me but yet wasn’t greeted. They made me feel like they didn’t want my money. I honestly didn’t even want the food no more because of the rudeness

I encountered an issue while attempting to order food via the Penn Station website. Although the website displayed an error and did not provide a confirmation, my card was still charged. When I called the store, the staff member who answered was indifferent to my concerns. Despite requesting to speak with a manager multiple times, I received minimal assistance and was advised to call back in a few days as this was a corporate problem. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I would not recommend Penn Station based on this encounter.

they have spongebob playing and it's the older season so it's mostly funny for all ages, good food not the best like ever but very good, service is great weren't charged for mayo packets, they are pretty understanding and make it less awkward, cute girl working

The cashier that took my order seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was very rude. Tall white girl with long hair wearing red collar button down shirt. I hope she wasn’t a manager or a lead with that attitude. No personality , very short and dry. On top of that I waited for my food which took 15 minutes and it was wrong , sloppy and no tape on the wrapper. So, it was a mess in the bag. I will not be back. I can go a few miles down to Jersey Mikes and be greeted with great customer service and people who want to be at work.

I called at 8:50 and they are open till ten, so Not sure why If I order on uber eats They will make my order, On doordash They will make my order, if I go walk in they will make my order, if i order online they will make my order.... but when I call to put in a carryout, to save us both time, I am told 'oh whe are not taking phone orders tonight'....what sense does that make?? Most businesses don't turn down sales, So I go ten minutes outta my way to go to the colrain store now.

I will never have an issue or see anything wrong with these places or the food as long as they stay doing what they are doing! I love the flavors they create on the grill. The sandwiches are amazing! The place has a drive thru now! How awesome is that. Everything is always fresh and made to order. I don't eat fries but I do Penn station fries. I recommend everything to everyone! Please never change or go. This is one of the best and original sub places in the world!
