Went to Penn Station for lunch. My brother needed a ride to CEI for an exam. While I waited on him, I went to Penn Station.

I had a 9” Turkey-Bacon sub, French Fries, and lemonade. The sub was heavenly, right off the grill fresh. The French fries were perfect, not too much salt and some had a little skin still on them. The lemonade was also good. It tasted fresh squeezed, without a heavy, sugary aftertaste. I was the only one there so there was no delay between food preparation and eating. Since the Turkey-Bacon sub was on special, the price was right too. I throughly enjoyed lunch.

Walked in and the young man taking my order was very rude and arrogant, staring, almost to the point where it felt confrontational. He questioned toppings, raised his hands in the air, made faces of disgust and I had to repeat myself multiple times to confirm that, yes, I want mushroom and onion and, yes, add honey mustard too. Once my order was placed he never told me the total of my food just to “stick my card in”. He then began talking with a co-worker and cussing on the line loudly. Very unprofessional experience- Ive eaten at this location many times and never had a bad experience until today. Did PS get a new training program?

From the quality of food to the quality of the service they always know how to make you smile and are quick to make sure your order is fixed if anything is wrong. I will drive across the county just to come to this location. A staple of employees and a fantastic location

Had to make a review to complement the staff on how friendly their service was. The food was great, of course, but it was how friendly and genuine they were that really stood out to me. Especially when it's busy, like lunch time, it's really appreciated.

Good sandwiches, typical atmosphere (no background music) but the customer service is top notch. The team there really hustles to get it done right and quickly. They were greeting me by name within the 3rd time going there. That's meaningful to me. Good location.

Terrible Customer service no greeting when we walked in real bad attitude from the person that took our order.Not even a thank you after spending 40$. I doubt that me & my girlfriend will be back at this location

Love the food

Well you order food to eat with your family get it home and its wrong. I have to return to the store while my family is eating or waits then eats cold food. Your refund, remake can't replace time eating with your family. So you can't fix it. Just take more pride in your work and do it right the first time.

I always get great service and food from every P.S. I've ever been to. This location is no different.

Great Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Service was great.

Went there on Friday to pick up a order that I called in ordered a regular steak and cheese with onion and light banana pepper when I got to the restaurant and paid for the food my order was wrong they had given me a wrong sandwich Friday I called him right back to explain that I got the wrong sandwich and they said that they would make it on Monday and give me a credit went to the store to redeem the credit on Monday and still didn't get the right sandwich there was no onion on it I would have thought that they would at least gave me a cookie or a small fry or something to compensate the inconvenience of driving all the way over there Friday for nothing did not get no lunch and then today the sandwich was not right not very happy and probably will not return
