Went here for lunch today, got the cheese steak. It was covered in grease, the bread was soggy
I’m from the east coast, less than an hour from Philly and this wouldn’t pass over there.

This particular store is my favorite because the employees are always super friendly and helpful
We actually picked up here twice last week. The service is awesome and our food was fantastic! Cheese steak with Swiss, mushrooms, banana peppers and onion. Top that thing with some spicy brown!

Everything was very good. I hadn't ordered in a long time. I will not wait that long until the next time.
The food is always exceptional. Faith, who took my order, was impatient and rude. Seemed to have a general negative attitude. The kind of attitude that makes you not want to return to an establishment.
Worst penn station i have ever been to so much mustard and mayo and that I couldn't taste the rest of the sandwich. 😔
First penn station I’ve went to that was different then my usual. The place was super clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My food was made right. It was made fresh. And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.
Wanted to order tonight in a pinch and it was within closing hour....my food was so good y'all and I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for the wonderful dinner and effort you put into making it be that great even close to closing time on a Friday night. You guys rock so much.
