We go there 3/4 times a month and it's usually ok. Today,when we got our food,we found hair in our fries!🤮 As I walked up to get refund for my meal,I noticed that NONE of the employees were wearing any kind of hair nets or caps. I DEFINITELY will be reporting this to the Board of Health. NASTY!! We will never go back to this location, Eastgate location does it right!!

I ordered on the app. My pick up time was 5:38pm. I did not receive my meal until after 6:08 with no other explanation then 'We are busy'. My food was not cooked to my order. The app did not provide updates and no emails were received explaining why the 30 minute delay.
