We actually picked up here twice last week. The service is awesome and our food was fantastic! Cheese steak with Swiss, mushrooms, banana peppers and onion. Top that thing with some spicy brown!

First penn station I’ve went to that was different then my usual. The place was super clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My food was made right. It was made fresh. And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.

Wanted to order tonight in a pinch and it was within closing hour....my food was so good y'all and I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for the wonderful dinner and effort you put into making it be that great even close to closing time on a Friday night. You guys rock so much.

The guy named andrew was throwing things around, slamming utensils and my food. I guess he was mad I ordered at 9:30 pm he made me and the other fella very uncomfortable. He slammed the order ticket down on the counter and just dropped my food in front of the toaster. He needs to b fired if that's how he treats ppl

Didn't honor who dey Tuesday promo as advertised, then I get home and my $34 meal has hardly any meat, hardly at cheese, And no onions or peppers!

Wow! What else can I say. We visited this location when they were offering a Buy one, get one free, Who Dey, special on all of their subs. The restaurant was obviously not prepared to be swamped all day with hungry Bengals fans. I had tried most of the day to place an online order with no luck. When I tried calling the restaurant, a recording indicated the phones were not working for orders. So, I finally decided to drive to the restaurant and place my order. When I arrived, I managed to snag what looked like one of the last parking spots. I saw exhausted employees out back trying to get a small break. When I entered the restaurant, it was crowded, but the manager got to me within 5 minutes. I told him about my difficulties trying to place my order and he patiently explained and showed me how their system had been overloaded and crashed, phones and all. He then took my order and said it would be about 10 minutes, which I seriously doubted, but the order was up in just over 9 minutes. What a fantastic job! I saw that they had called all of their employees in to help with the "slam" which went on the entire day. I could see everyone was tired, yet no one was complaining. When they called my name for my order, the young man who gave it to me was very polite and even asked me if I needed ketchup, vinegar, and extra napkins. When we got home, there were a few ingredients missing from the sandwiches, but they still tasted great. Based on all I had observed, I didn't have the heart to complain about omissions that were most likely caused by them running out of the items. Like I said, the sandwiches and fries still tasted great. Having worked at fast food many years ago, I know how a "slam" can test your limits, but to have it go all day; these guys are to be commended. I really appreciated the meal I was served and I hope management and ownership appreciates what a great job their employees did for them. The next day on the news, I saw ownership apologizing for how they had underestimated the response to their Who Dey special. Hopefully, they recognize what a great job their Beechmont Ave. location did under such trying conditions. Kudos to all involved!
