Penn Station East Coast Subs

Love the food. You have to have the fries, some of the best I've ever had. Just wish they would keep their tables a little cleaner. I know we bust out own tables but they could at least they could keep the tables wiped down thru out the day. I hate eating my food at a dirty table and feel like I'm being rude if I ask them to wipe the table off. As much as they charge for the food they should be able to afford to pay someone to wipe down the tables after someone is done eating. I think the customer should leave their trays at the table and an employee bust the table and wipe it clean and the stools. Thank you

It took me asking after 20 minutes to get them to finish my 6' sub. I was the 2nd customer of the day.

Stingy on sauce, terriyaki chicken barely had any terriyaki sauce

Food is always excellent. Always great service, amazing, fresh squeezed lemonade. I'd recommend the cordon blue sandwich or the Philly cheese steak sandwich.

Ordered online with a promo code. Showed up to the store and was told they had my order but wouldn’t make it because they were too busy. There was 10 people in the store. I explained that I already paid for it and needed them to make my food. I was told they could make my food right away if I ordered in store and paid full price. So basically they didn’t want to honor the online promo. Got a refund a week later. I will never go back to another penn station.

Best place to get a cheese steak sub, but not a single table was clean, and 2 employees were just standing around.

Would give zero stars but I like their food so it's a shame. They didn't feel like making any of the orders for the bengals promo, the girl with the dyed hair cussed me out on the phone and hung up in a fluster. I went there to get an apology and manager did nothing, the girl also had nothing to say. Their owner hasn't called me since. They had a list of atleast 40 names they were just simply going to refund because they were telling customers it would be a 4 hour wait for pickup, but when I showed up, their store was DEAD. one person inside eating, 1 person cooking and everyone else mosying around. Don't understand how that's "overwhelming" I waited to make this review for 4 days now with no response from a poorly run franchise. It's fast food not rocket science.

Sandwiches we ordered we're great. Funny thing was that after repeating the name for the order, the guy still got it wrong. He did admit he was embarrassed to have to ask a 3rd time, so did his best. Was soooo far off, but we had a fun laugh!!

Always had great service when I went here. You place your order & then you take a seat. Once the order is done, they bring it right to you. At the time of the order, you say whether you are eating in or it is to go. I do recommend the lemonade, it is good.
