The owner is very racist. They messed up a order and the manager thought he was going to yell at me so I yelled back. He walked away and started up again saying I owe him an apology. This type of behavior must be stopped. Once again very racist atmosphere I was on the phone with my girlfriend and even when I walked in I told her nobody greeted me I told her this place feel very racist even before I got to the order.

The absolute worst food and experience. Food was wrong and had to have them remake it just to find out they left off the Cesar dressing from a Cesar wrap. Just overall horrible. So many people had them remake their food with the time we were there. Highly do NOT recommend

Fabulous. This location always puts out accurate and great food. Highly recommend this location. Never have any problems, they are quick, accurate, pleasant, and well managed. Cant ask for more in a fast food chain.

Terrible service, my kind friend shouldn't be crying after being treated poorly as she was kind, patient, and provided her order confirmation for her food then the employees didn't even give her the food she literally has an order confirmation for. Mind you, today is buy one, get a free sub, so I'm sure Penn Station won't be losing much money with giving away one sub that literally has an order confirmation number. Then for the store to keep putting me on hold and borderline refusing to let me speak with a manager after my friend was treated so poorly. I'm glad I never decided to work at this Penn Station in particular because I wouldn't want my hard work to represent this location as all the employees, including the manager Scott, does not care for the customers that keep this location in business. Afraid to return to this location now in case my food may be spat on.

I had ordered online and got a buy one get one free sub and when I got there the money was out of my bank account pending and they didn't have my subs and refuse to give them to me and then on top of that when I tried to call back the lady said we're busy. You need to call back. You can't talk to the manager right now so I would like to say this is a very piss poor facility

Can only order specials online, fine. Go and wait an hour to be told now they don't have my order. They showed it when I got there! Now I have an order, confirmed order email, no food and an already paid for order. The manager was absolutely no help. I remember why we don't go there anymore.
Update.....manager assured us we would not be charged, guess what? Got charged, now we have to deal with disputing it with our bank.

Order BOGO on line and waited 30 minutes to find out they didn’t have it. I even had a confirmation number and showed it came out of my account and they told me they can make it, but I would have to pay for it again The manager was very rude about it.

I placed an order and selected a pick-up time of 5:15 PM. However, upon confirmation, the pick-up time displayed was 7:15 PM. Concerned that this might have been an error, I contacted the store for clarification. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with the store manager was quite discouraging. When I explained my situation, I was met with a rude response, which was unexpected.
I understand that promotions can create a high-pressure environment, but I believe it is essential for customer service representatives to maintain professionalism and courtesy, regardless of circumstances.
Very welcoming and patient. These are the sweetest kids I can tell they were raised right shout out to the parents of the kids that work at this location!!!!

The manager of this place seems very miserable. Never once smiled when I called in about my order they snapped at me. When I picked up my order I ordered 2 regular drinks one was lemonade and got two different sized cups and as I'm leaving he's yelling and scowling at a customer who got extra napkins. Everyone else had wonderful service but the manager certainly isn't helping their moral with his nasty tones and negative attitude.

We always order from this Penn Station. Food is great, friendly employees. Clean too. This one is way out of our way but we make the trip to it every time.
Parking: Just a small lot with other businesses. I've always found a spot
