This was my first time at this Penn Station location, and as always, I’ve loved their subs—this location didn’t disappoint! I got the monthly special, the Reuben, along with fries and a drink. I chose the lemonade, though I think the special is supposed to be for fountain drinks only, but I appreciated the free upgrade! :-)

The service was great; the employees were friendly, had happy expressions, and were willing to help when needed. I visited on a Thursday early afternoon and was impressed with the service I received. The location is very convenient, close to dealerships, so I stopped by after my car maintenance.

I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area!

The fries we got this evening were not good. Something was off about them. I couldn’t quite place what it was. Perhaps they needed to change frying oil as it was a rancid kind of aftertaste. The bread was also not.completely cooked and onions on my husband’s sandwich were not cooked. Hopefully it’s an off night.

All I want was cheese bread with some mushrooms on top. Not made under cheese. I have had it before. But I'm guessing what I honestly wanted did not matter. Because I also was charged for a veggie well I did not want a veggie I just wanted add a few mushrooms on top. No we're my bread got soggy. I guess. So I was charged over 3.00 for mushroom which not been charged that much before but hey all new ball game. So I spent a little over 10.00 for a small cheese bread and small drink made. The way your company wanted not the way I wanted.. I ordered dine in but when the meal came I could just grab it go. This is one person that will make her own cheese bread and add mushrooms. Just takes away from being able run see grandkids or trying make plans after work.

I bought food here today and my food was undercooked. The meet and mushrooms were undercooked and the sub looked like it got ran over. Everything was very greasy as well. Very disappointed because this place is normally solid

Food was hot and fresh, the service was great! Everything was really nice.

Parking: They have handicapped accessible parking and plenty of parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's on ground level n a ramp to go in. The door is also wide enough for wheelchairs.
