First off. I love Penn Station. Probably my favorite sandwich in the city. But this particular store is my favorite. Whether I dine in or come thru for pickup. The employees are always vibing, in good spirits. That is infectious and we need more of it these days. I know its hard work back there and they still stay positive. If I want a PS sub Ill go out of my way to come to this location. And on top of that they make an excellent sandwich. Cheese melted just right, steak just right too. Much love to the Clifton PS!

When you buy sandwiches be careful if it got hair in it. They will not give u a refund for your food at all are a replacement.

Clean, fast and efficient I know it's just a sandwich shop but they definitely are good at what they do.

It is against health code to make third party delivery drivers fill fountain drinks.

Look Cincinnati already doesn't have many good restaurants. its mostly repeating restaurants chains KFC taco bell McDonald's Burger King. But im tell you this penn station is one of Cincinnati best restaurant especially this location. Ignore the silly reviews I've seen many restaurants come and go in that area in Clifton. Penn station still there says enough

My youngest son likes to go just for the fries. I wish they had satisfying vegan options for adults.

This place is DISGUSTING. The drink station was literally swarming with large gnats. Not just a few, but hundreds. A few gnats in restaurants is typical, but not hundreds. I honestly wouldn’t have gotten anything had I seen the conditions beforehand. I lost my appetite.
It was great customer service
I ordered over the phone and whoever answered was rude as ever and called me dumb bc it was taking me a little longer to order
If I could give 0 stars I would. Nastiest, most unsanitary, Penn Station we’ve ever been too. They literally told us they don’t clean or scrape their grill. The manger had a nasty attitude. I want better for this location. 🙏🏾

I feel like my sandwich was made with love! It's been a while since I've had a pennstation sandwich taste that damn good.
Order a large Philly steak
No meat no pizza sauce really had them to remake it and they were rude and nasty.
The short dark skinned worker was smirking I visit penn station to much to be treated in this manner especially when they didn't make a good sandwich
Staff is Top-Notch!!!

The young man that took my order wasn't very friendly or helpful.
The cashier was friendly and the young man who prepared the order was nice.
I feel the BLT was skimpy.
A lot of bread not enough bacon and tomato.
But it taste good.
