The fact that nobody had on gloves and all the employees looked dirty wasn’t bad enough! They all was extremely rude! The worst penn station in Cincinnati! I will never go back
5 stars all around. Fast friendly service and their grilled Italian is the best Italian in the city. Plus this location actually knows how to season food. The cheese steak and chicken teriyaki are both solid too.

I only had one problem ,I requested that my bread was to be run twice and they only ran it once ,I have a problem with pre cooked bread ,Other than that it was ok ,I still Vote White Oak Penn Station on North Bend is the best ,just ( Just my Opinion) ..
Fast service and nice people working. The only negative is parking. Extremely busy area and hard to find parking.Parking: I always take someone with me for takeout, so if I can't find parking, they can drive around the block.
