Penn Station East Coast Subs

So yesterday on Thursday May 29th around 2pm I grabbed a total of 6 sandwiches, 3 fries and 2 drinks due to the $4.99 deal that was going until June 1st since I always cook I got and EX. sandwiches and I been wanting this since Memorial Day I went they were closed so I finally made it and when I ordered I always have to ask for EX. veggies and I wont blast them other Eastside locations LOL but anyway basic point is I will never have to ask for EX. at this location it was NICE and SWOLL. The food was absolutely amazing from what I had in awhile, Service was REAL and FRIENDLY!! I loved it so much I'm going again tonight so I don't have to cook for a good ol movie date night. Also I don't even write reviews like EVER I felt like that Team and Location should have been acknowledge.
With that deal my total would have been $75 but end up being $50 DONT MISS THAT GREAT DEAL!!

Philly cheesesteaks always taste great. Their fries are usually crispy & taste great as well but can be undercooked every so often.

Main issue is the overpriced $18 cost for just a large sandwich & fries with no drink; & they rarely have any coupons or discounts. And bring back the tuna salad sub because the vegetarian options are scarce.

Our office ordered food through door dash and when it arrived we were missing one of our sandwiches. We called the store and asked if we could drive there and pick up the missing sandwich. The girl who answered said “I personally bagged it and I’m not doing shit for you!” We were shocked by the response! Our receipt says the order was bagged by Beth. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional!

It's 745pm and the store is open til 9pm. They are mopping with a strong bleach solution and it's so strong its burning the eyes and you can literally taste it. Go elsewhere.

Prices have gone insane here. Brought my 3 little girls (got 3 tiny sandwich’s for them) and a regular steak and cheese + fries and small drinks. Was nearly $60! I’ve been a fan of this place most of my life but this visit was the last straw. On top of that, the employee made one of the sandwiches incorrectly, and was visibly angry at being asked to fix. The owner/manager heard whole thing and said nothing. All while paying $60? No thanks.
