Penn Station East Coast Subs

I've been going here for years. Here lately I've been visiting daily. Sometimes the staff are a little on edge I would say. This is a fairly busy restaurant so I get it. The food is amazing. I love their Cold Deli Sandwichs. They're having a very good deal right now on Tuesday you can buy a sandwich and get one free. It's for the Bengals. Win or lose, every Tuesday, free sandwich. Don't forget to tip them. They deserve it.

Ordered from Delhi location. First it’s dry, secondly bread isn’t cooked to perfection & third I find this bone in my sandwich which I almost choked on. I will not be returning to this location at all.

Well I paid 12.99 for small Philly steak sandwich, when worker brought it I was shocked didn't recognize it cause all I seen was melted cheese, where's the beef? Small strip of tiny pieces of steak the sandwich was greasy more than usual and barely taste any meat. The fries were also short stubby not like it use to be long . Was shocked how price goes up but food quantity and quality went down.

Sandwich was good, but somehow every single employee must be deaf. I was going crazy repeating everything I said 8 times. Also, the lack of menu by the order counter makes no sense. I don't know what you have and shouldn't have to stand there and google. Could use work, but the sandwich as I said was good.

Most expensive Penn Station in town with the worst quality food. Don't expect any customer service or decency from the owner or management.

There is no Penn Station at 5026 Cleves Warsaw Pk. This stretch of road is all residential, and the address 5026 does not exist. If you come here expecting to eat, you will leave hungry and frustrated.

Food was great. Staff was great. We eat here at least once every 2 weeks. :)
