The food was delicious and hot ! Service could use some work.. Seems like a big issue with the food industry these days!

Most expensive Penn Station in town with the worst quality food. Don't expect any customer service or decency from the owner or management.

There is no Penn Station at 5026 Cleves Warsaw Pk. This stretch of road is all residential, and the address 5026 does not exist. If you come here expecting to eat, you will leave hungry and frustrated.

Food was great. Staff was great. We eat here at least once every 2 weeks. :)

Price is outrageous

Rude, hung up the phone while I was trying to explain that there is a coupon for Tuesday buy any size sub get a sub free. He was so rude I couldn’t believe he was the GM. I have proof and it’s literally everywhere WHODEY24. The one on crookshank said it was still valid so I ended ordering there. But it was very rude how he didn’t listen and kept insisting there was no such coupon

Not sure how you forget to put the meat on a dagwood sub, but they did. Got everything else but the meat.

I went there the other day asked for extra crispy fries, they weren't crispy at all. The I guess manager was rude when I asked for them to be remade, eventually he remade them but they weren't crispy at all. The entire time he was rude. I was respectful when I asked for the remake. And he wasn't only rude to me, he was rude to the other employees. While we were eating he was sitting there talking about other customers in the eating area. I love Penn Station and him saying that they have never done extra crispy is bull cause I liked that location more and they got crappier. I won't be going back. I wouldn't suggest this Penn Station to anyone.
