We placed an online pickup order and when we arrived home our sandwhich was missing all the meat and cheese. It was just condiments on bread. When calling the store they were not very friendly about it. My husband had to drive back up to the store to get a new one and absolutely nothing was done or offered to make up for it. It was 45 minutes of our night taken when tired and hungry after work to fix this with no apology from the staff even. It was a huge bummer and disappointment. :/ Regretful

06/20/2025-My son & I love their pizza subs. My son also loves their Philly Cheese Steak subs too.
I like to try to get one at least once a month or so. Yummy!

Got a small amount of chicken on my chicken teriyaki. I felt like I had just gone to you know who, cant say the name here but we all know who I’m talking about, and that’s where I felt like I was eating from. The manager guy is the one who made it. Guess he was trying to save the store money. But it was not a good pen station sandwich for that reason. Tastes fine just missing chicken.

An employee at this restaurant location found my phone in the bathroom & was trying to keep it & lied to me about having my phone. Everything was fine except for when I went to the bathroom I left my phone in there. Once I realized I didn't have my phone I went back to Penn station & looked in the bathroom for my phone. It was not in the bathroom where I left it so I asked the employees if someone turned in my phone or if they found one that I left in the bathroom. They all shook their heads no, & said they don't know anything about a phone. I asked someone at a gas station nearby to call my number. So they called several times for me & finally someone answered from Penn station claiming a customer had taken it but had brought it back. When I retrieve my phone from Penn station I checked my location on several apps I have that are constantly tracking my phone & the route that i was taking as I do delivery for my job. My phone never left Penn station. That means most likely a female employee had my phone & was lying to me about having it & initially wasn't planning to give it back. Probably only when she realized there's not only a screen lock, I also have a Google lock on it, that they weren't going to be able to use it & was not much that could be done with my phone they decided to let me have it back. How considerate of them. But I would have tracked it anyway & filed a police report so that was stupid. I don't know who the thief & lier is, but they have a bad actor amongst their employees at this location.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The manager, Jake, goes above and beyond to make sure the restaurant is clean, food is cooked properly and efficiently. You can tell the team works together smoothly under Jake's leadership. It's clear they genuinely care about the quality of the food and the friendly, customer experience. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this location! Thank you!

Ordered a large cheese steak and medium fries. Upon arrival was handed my food and my fries were old and cold. Asked could they replace the fries and was told by the manager on duty that I had to contact corporate about the issue I had with the service received. Manager was very rude and didn't care about what type of service that was being given. Would have thought this situation could have been addressed within the visit. I will never recommend this location to any one.

Ordered online, in plenty of time but had to wait a while to get my food after arriving. Not the biggest deal breaker but the location seemed disorganized. Food was good.
