The employees are hard working and super friendly. I had such an enjoyable lunch because of how respectful the entire crew was. My first time eating at a Penn Station. Food was made fresh and was delicious

When 513 Fence is installing fence near any Penn Station, we love to get us some Philly cheese steak sandwiches and fries. You can never go wrong with that combo!

Red Bank location easier and quicker to get to than I thought. Order as you enter and pay at the back of the store. Sandwiches come in 6, 9, or 12 inch sizes. If splitting, it is cheaper to get two 6 inch than one foot long sandwich. The grilled Italian was delicious and the touch of mayo makes all the difference. The fries are also top notch eaten hot. You know fries are good when you don't need ketchup. The staff were helpful and actually appeared to like their job! I wore my Bronx shirt to see if it would get any play and it did so that makes this Penn Station East Coast Subs location legit!

WHEN I SAY, I HAVE NEVER TASTED BREAD SO FRESH!! My Philly Cheese Steak was so amazing. The staff was awesome, and they're fast.

Cheese steak was disappointing...way too much mayo, not enough onion or teriyaki as requested

Ordered and charged for extra meat and banana peppers, but didn't get either. The bread was very pale, browned at all. Perhaps another location would have been a better decision.

The green peppers on my chicken sandwich were a bit crunchy. Wasn't cooked enough, other than that the sandwich was good and hot along with the fries.

Just went in today, the owner took my order. Definitely isn’t very good at customer service. I’ll say somewhat rude so as not to sound dramatic. Should probably leave that to the professionals.

Also couldn’t help but noticing that his staff looked a little intimidated by him. Heads hanging pretty low, pretty quiet. Big problem in my book, although I’m sure he’s not there every day so still gave three stars.

Everytime I come the staff has just above and beyond on service, food quality, and interactions with all customers. I would highly recommend coming into this location.
