Cheese steak was disappointing...way too much mayo, not enough onion or teriyaki as requested
Ordered and charged for extra meat and banana peppers, but didn't get either. The bread was very pale, browned at all. Perhaps another location would have been a better decision.
The green peppers on my chicken sandwich were a bit crunchy. Wasn't cooked enough, other than that the sandwich was good and hot along with the fries.
Love the service and staff food is always great and hot!!!
Just went in today, the owner took my order. Definitely isn’t very good at customer service. I’ll say somewhat rude so as not to sound dramatic. Should probably leave that to the professionals.
Also couldn’t help but noticing that his staff looked a little intimidated by him. Heads hanging pretty low, pretty quiet. Big problem in my book, although I’m sure he’s not there every day so still gave three stars.
Everytime I come the staff has just above and beyond on service, food quality, and interactions with all customers. I would highly recommend coming into this location.
Great sandwiches
The “pickup” feature wasn’t working on the website or DoorDash. I went to restaurant and placed order in store. I asked why pickup wasn’t available and the cashier, London. ignored me. Food was good. The attitude had an aftertaste.
