The employees are hard working and super friendly. I had such an enjoyable lunch because of how respectful the entire crew was. My first time eating at a Penn Station. Food was made fresh and was delicious
Red Bank location easier and quicker to get to than I thought. Order as you enter and pay at the back of the store. Sandwiches come in 6, 9, or 12 inch sizes. If splitting, it is cheaper to get two 6 inch than one foot long sandwich. The grilled Italian was delicious and the touch of mayo makes all the difference. The fries are also top notch eaten hot. Just went in today, the owner took my order. Definitely isn’t very good at customer service. I’ll say somewhat rude so as not to sound dramatic. Should probably leave that to the professionals.
Also couldn’t help but noticing that his staff looked a little intimidated by him. Heads hanging pretty low, pretty quiet. Big problem in my book, although I’m sure he’s not there every day so still gave three stars.
