Food was hot and fresh. The bread was especially good for my sub.The employees made it a point to call me by name , greeting me upon arrival and even making it a point to wish me a good day as I was leaving. I will definitely be back.
I really like Penn station when it's made correctly. First time at this location. I got my usual teriyaki chicken. Must have had a new cook. I was surprised there was extra chicken on it but there was very little teriyaki. I couldn't even taste the teriyaki. I tried adding more to it but that did not help. I didn't ask them to remake it because they were busy, I didn't have time to wait and I wanted to get out of there because it had to be around 65 degrees....
The employees are hard working and super friendly. I had such an enjoyable lunch because of how respectful the entire crew was. My first time eating at a Penn Station. Food was made fresh and was delicious
