Penn Station East Coast Subs

The need to mop and clean the floors it's dirty and the tables need cleaned to the extent we declined eating inside after seeing the dining area. They use thier gloves to touch your food as they make it PLUS touch everything else so really the gloves are just there to protect thier hands not to keep your food germ free. The fry's are sometimes good and sometimes taste like old burned oil. They barely put any topping on the subs. I will never eat here again unless it's fries bc I know they can't touch that hardly.

On August 22,2025..at 1-1:30 pm. I ordered a small sub,when I paid at the checkout counter, the lady had a glove on her left hand, cough into the glove, with the same glove she me my change back and then she went to wrap up the sandwiches and others orders.,with that same glove on..I just got so piss , I just had to leave before I hurt someone. How are you going to handle money, still wearing a glove, then cough into it and handle someone food..I was at the vine street, penn in heartwell..I just had to leave from in there.

Listen I never make reviews, but this was the best Penn Station experience I’ve ever had! The service was phenomenal, they went above & beyond. They were so kind & welcoming. The food was made to order, piping hot & delicious. I went on 8/16 around 2pm so whoever that lovely staff of 3 was, thank you!

Philly cheestake was not very good. It was got and juicy, but didn't have hardly any meat

I see so many great reviews on the service so I’m giving two stars because I wanted to give ONE but I’m just going to assume they were having an off day.

Penn station is always a great spot for a quick bite. This one is just like all the rest

The cashier at the Vine street in Hartwell location, ( Cindy ) is always very friendly. She has worked there for 10 years and does a great job with her hospitality. And the cheese steak was really good too ! Thank you.

A very suprising experience the service was awesome friendly also the teller recommended I add banna peppers to my normal sandwhich which was a great idea then the teriyaki chicken sandwhich was loaded down with the goodies in perfect rations this sandwhich nearly brought a tear to a fella's eyes 10/10 for me
