On August 22,2025..at 1-1:30 pm. I ordered a small sub,when I paid at the checkout counter, the lady had a glove on her left hand, cough into the glove, with the same glove she me my change back and then she went to wrap up the sandwiches and others orders.,with that same glove on..I just got so piss , I just had to leave before I hurt someone. How are you going to handle money, still wearing a glove, then cough into it and handle someone food..I was at the vine street, penn...
Listen I never make reviews, but this was the best Penn Station experience I’ve ever had! The service was phenomenal, they went above & beyond. They were so kind & welcoming. The food was made to order, piping hot & delicious. I went on 8/16 around 2pm so whoever that lovely staff of 3 was, thank you!
The cashier at the Vine street in Hartwell location, ( Cindy ) is always very friendly. She has worked there for 10 years and does a great job with her hospitality. And the cheese steak was really good too ! Thank you.
