This Penn Station on Kemper Meadow Drive in Forest Park is Great! The Philly Cheesesteak was absolutely delicious! Fresh cut fries crispy and hot! I highly recommend dining at this Penn Station location!

Ask for no Mayo but sandwich had mayo. Called a number of times but phone stayed busy. Unable to go back due to work. Waste of money unable to eat it.

I have come here twice so far, first time was poor service. Second time, they charged my card twice and gave me twice the food. When I asked for a refund of the 2nd charge because I didn't order that, they said they didn't see a problem because I got what I paid for. I eventually convinced them to refund the second charge, on the condition that I brought the food back. So I had to LEAVE WORK again to bring back food so they could throw it away. I even showed them my receipt which showed I was correct. Won't be coming back to a place that messes with my money.

Great experience at this location. Awesome customer service. Food was delicious and served quickly! I got the cheesesteak and husband got the classic Italian grilled. 10/10

Update: Service is acceptable. Not the best but food was decent.

My original 5-star review was out of date, cerca 2018. I followed up with a 1-star in 2021 due to them constantly closing early.

It was great, food was delicious and service was excellent.

The closing time is 10pm and they closed at 9:30 they just wasted my time to get there and its already closed bad service

This is the best sub I have ever tasted and I received the Cheesesteak and it is awesome. Excellent customer service. The restaurant is really clean and..... OMG !

The lady wasn’t wearing any gloves and she just came from the bathroom. Always wear gloves.

I don't get Penn Station like I used to. Older and can't handle the calories as often as I'd like. But when I want a Reuben, I go straight to Forest Park Penn Station. Haven't been disappointed yet. I get extra meat, extra cheese on the multigrain roll. Scrumptious! That multigrain roll is what you need. I usually pick up at the window. I have eaten inside. The place is clean and the people were friendly and professional. And the bathroom was clean! Service at the window was just as inside. I don't have a complaint about the price cause everything everywhere is high. My only complaint is why have restaurants stopped cutting sandwiches? If you're driving or just not going home, you have to hold the whole thing to take a bite. Please cut the sandwiches/hoagies.👍🏾
