Penn Station East Coast Subs

I have to say, of all the fast food restaurants located in Forest Park, they have the nicest employees. Always professional.

Update: Service is acceptable. Not the best but food was decent.

My original 5-star review was out of date, cerca 2018. I followed up with a 1-star in 2021 due to them constantly closing early.

It was great, food was delicious and service was excellent.

The closing time is 10pm and they closed at 9:30 they just wasted my time to get there and its already closed bad service

This is the best sub I have ever tasted and I received the Cheesesteak and it is awesome. Excellent customer service. The restaurant is really clean and..... OMG !

The lady wasn’t wearing any gloves and she just came from the bathroom. Always wear gloves.

I don't get Penn Station like I used to. Older and can't handle the calories as often as I'd like. But when I want a Reuben, I go straight to Forest Park Penn Station. Haven't been disappointed yet. I get extra meat, extra cheese on the multigrain roll. Scrumptious! That multigrain roll is what you need. I usually pick up at the window. I have eaten inside. The place is clean and the people were friendly and professional. And the bathroom was clean! Service at the window was just as inside. I don't have a complaint about the price cause everything everywhere is high. My only complaint is why have restaurants stopped cutting sandwiches? If you're driving or just not going home, you have to hold the whole thing to take a bite. Please cut the sandwiches/hoagies.👍🏾

Great experience as always. Come here at least once a week for lunch and great staff and food. Today ordered online from the wrong store and their manager took care of it so I wouldn’t have to drive 15 minutes out of my way during my lunch break. Great customers service every visit

Manager states I am not aloud to order a large and have half plain and the other half lettuce and onion. They have made this sandwich this way multiple times for me but tonight they stated they won't do it. won't go back.

I stopped in to order a chicken teriyaki on February 18, 2025. The customer Service was exceptional and the food was a five star for sure. Definitely will be back. I stopped in the restaurant two weeks before this date and the food was delicious. This is the best Penn station that I have ever been to keep up the good work.

Yum! Today, we had the absolute best service there! The manager caught a mistake in what we were charged and took care of it before we even realized the mistake. Food was AMAZING! We will continue to come here because of the service.

I didn't really care for this location much until recently....I think they had a change in management because this was the most pleasant experiences that I have EVER had at a Forest Park area restaurant in my 6 YEARS of living out here....

The Management: Eager to put a smile 😃 on the customers face! Very personable, and welcoming! He saw that my husband and I were sharing a meal...he threw in a cookie 🍪 🤪 (great marketing technique btw!) It quite literally was one of the best homemade chocolate chunk cookies I have EVER eaten! I had to buy 2 more to take home!

Undercooked my large. Bread not fully cooked and a ton of cheese congealed. Not just one but both large subs were like this. Fries were cold, soggy and over salted. Never had a bad penny station sub in my life, but guess there's a time for everything. Honestly can't recommend this location.
