I arrived at 9:40 PM and began ordering. When the staff member asked what size I wanted, I had to ask for clarification since I’m a foreigner and unfamiliar with the sizes. Instead of helping, she threw her hands in the air impatiently, making me feel uncomfortable. I understand it was close to closing, but that’s no excuse for such behavior.

Bread soggy AF, i even put it in the air fryer to try to get crispy but its still soggy…. Shouldn’t be this soggy an falling apart…. My normal penn station is colerain location and whenever i get my sandwich i always get its never soggy/falling apart because of how soggy the bread is……..

I have ordered a Chicken Philly sub. The taste was all good but the bread, the baguette they used was not baked enough, the overall quality was there except for this and the French fries were ok but too small cut and some very cooked as they're so skinny. Again overall a pleasant experience here.

Apparently this store is currently under new management as of a few weeks ago. I told the owner I was new and he upped the size of my fries for free. Offered to refill my lemonade as well before I left. Overall seems like a nice place.

The worst penn station I have stepped foot in. The floor was so sticky and gross it almost pulled my shoes off. No bacon, no large cups, no ketchup, bread was so hard and stale probably from yesterday.

Ordered online 706, food was suppose to be ready by 727. Got there at 723 for 2 subs and fries. (Only one other customer with 2 subs). Guy (in regular street clothes) could only make one sub at a time (the whole process) waited till everything was done to drop fries. Didn't get my food until 743 and somehow my fries were luke warm. The sub was decent though and they were nice
