I worked here and ended up quitting year ago the pay was horrible and the owner/ manager is the worst manger/ owner I have ever met… he would yell at employees, yell at customers he was the rudest person I have ever met. He did not know how to train the employees well. Anytime we were too busy he would ethier close the store or shutt down onlines. He would let customers yell and curse at us. This place needs to be shut down!! He never has us clean and he hated that customers came into the store. This place is understaffed for a reason!!

Went at 7pm. They had no onions so the one guy said I'm not cutting no onions this late. They had the store ready to close at 7. No lemonade. They sending around laughing a d joking while your establishment is losing business.

Ordered online and when I arrived at the store there was only one gentleman working and he was in a screaming match with a customer. There were several people waiting and he was so rude. Once I got my order everything was wrong, but I was not going back. There was no lemonade tea and the fountain drinks were carbonation only. Worst experience I have ever had a penn station.

Supposed to be open till 10 pm according to the door. Online says 9pm. Placed an order at about 7:20 pm. Went to pick up the order and the lights were off and door was locked. Terrible.

I went in yesterday and there was just one gentleman working. He took your order, he cooked the food, he prepped the order, bagged it up and rang you out. This gentleman I believe has cerebal palsy. I so respect his fortitude, drive and committment to work. He was treated unfairly by staff who was suppose to work with him and the owner by him being in there completly alone. He deserves a raise and i'm not talking about pennies and cents either. I will NEVER return to this location until it happens and you get more staffing. The place was dirty, floors sticky but us customers who stayed was truly there for the disabled gentleman who did it ALL by himself. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER! Penn Station Corp if you're reading this its time to revamp or close.

Unfortunately, I can't give negative ratings.I arrived an hour before closing time as it is listed online and on the freaking door. Shop was locked up but employees (1 male, 1 female) were leaning against the counter. I knocked, they looked at me and walked to the back of the store.This happened on 30 Jan 24

Went into this location at 7:01pm walked right in door was unlocked lights on and everything. I tale 3 steps in the door and the guy tells me they are closed. Well I just look online and it says they are open til 8. I just wanted a small sub and a cookie if it was available. Super disappointed about the laziness and service here. Won't be going back ever again since they don't seen like they want the business or hassle. So disappointed ?

Stopped on our way hoping for a quick lunch. The 3-4 employees were standing around chatting while 1 person took out order. They did not pour the lemonade we ordered or even begin to prepare any of our sandwiches until five to ten minutes after we paid. We ordered a steak and cheese sub and club wrap, which we specifically asked for it not to be toasted or grilled. After several minutes the employee that took the order asked if we didn't want our wrap "heated up" so that he could actually wrap it. Confused, we asked that the sandwich remain cold as we had ordered. The employee then argued that "everything is in the fridge- it's going to be cold." Failing to understand what we were not communicating, we asked if we could please just have our order prepared so that we could be on our way. It's now been twenty minutes and they have just put down fries that were part of our order. I don't know if there's a lack of training or just general apathy but truly nobody seemed to care about any part of the customer service or food preparation functions involved in their jobs. In an area where there are plentiful choices for quick lunches they certainly did not seem to care that they turned us off to this company permanently with their complete lack of care or regard for customer requests, up to and including mocking the sandwich preparation preference as though it were a ridiculous request until we finally just agreed that they just make it how ever they were going to make it so that we could be on our way. If I could have given zero stars I would have done so. The lemonade was also awful. Absolutely undrinkable.

It just keeps getting worse. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Usually a couple of times a month. In the past 12 months there has been a steady decline in service and atmosphere. Walking up to the door you notice the windows are filthy. Inside the floors are filthy and the grill itself is filthy. Today I went over on my lunch break and was told they only accept online orders. Penn Station is one of my favorite options but NEVER AGAIN for this location. Penn Station corporate should cut their losses with this one or take it back from the owner.

Worst service ever cook was rude as hell and looked dirty need to get hygeine together was very rude with this older lady for no reason‼️Like hardly had any meat on my large sandwich most stingy one ever! And i had to wait almost 30 mins for my food and wasnt hardly nobody in there then he was messing up sandwiches and the receipt right in front of him just unacceptable‼️
