The food is incredible. However, there are two areas they could improve — the bread and the service. We got the bread with dip. It is ridiculous how much bread you get. Unlike anything we have ever experienced in an Italian restaurant. The crust was so thick that you had to pull really hard to break off a piece. The dip they give you was more like salad dressing than like any bread dip we have ever had. The amount of dip you get is far out of proportion to the amount of bread you get. It was not only yucky and chewy, and it smacked of cheapness. The waitress was nice but we waited an hour for simple dishes. Our reservation was for 4:30. It is very loud in this restaurant. It is too bad, because the food is “too mucha good.”

Walked in the restaurant early for our reservation for a birthday date night, was welcomed very nicely by Rhett and told that we could get drinks at the bar while we waited for our table in the basement seating. The upstairs bartender Isaac was very friendly and knows what he’s doing with mixology, he made me an amazing cocktail that he’s been working on. Everything about our dinner was amazing, the ricotta and sourdough and artichokes alla giudia was perfect. We had the limone pasta, butternut & mascarpone, and we were gifted the spicy vodka pasta dish as well. Everything tasted amazing, Dani was our server and she did an amazing job with her service. For desert we had an affogato and I had an espresso, was delicious. I highly recommend this place, the service and vibe of the restaurant was amazing. Will come back again.

The issue with this restaurant is they previously had the seating for parties of 9 or 10 in the main dining area. However, they now make those size parties go through the “special events”. So if you just want to order some pasta for your birthday with your family, you can no longer do that without spending an absurd amount of money. But i guess they are just following the trend of this extremely expensive world we now live in. It’s extremely disappointing, i just wanted to have dinner for my birthday with my family.

I have come to Pepp and Dolores multiple times and I will keep coming back. The service, food and drinks are amazing. My favorites are the Aperol Spritz, the ricotta and sourdough and the Limone. We went today to celebrate belated birthdays and Mark our server was amazing! He made sure to tell us we were not rushed and gave multiple recommendations. He also was just enjoyable to talk to and he was so upbeat and energetic. To the owners of Pepp and Dolores he needs a raise!

This was such a scrumptious experience. The atmosphere was super fun and classy, the service was attentive and the pacing of the appetizers and drinks and entrees and desserts were perfect. We ordered the sourdough with ricotta to start and were immediately blown away by the creamy flavorful ricotta and perfectly toasted and crunchy bread. Then on to the limone pasta and broccolini?!!!! the broccolini tasted like a fire grilled steak it was seasoned so beautifully. The spicy vodka and Nonna’s sunday sauce with meatballs were next, each one flavorful with gorgeous al dente handmade noodles. The freshly grated parmesan cheese on each was divine. Then we finished off our meal with the gelato—I recommend the swirl! Delicious, and we can’t wait to come back.

It was my first time here and I was blown away. The food is very flavorful and they have a lot of different options. The house made ricotta is a must try, along with the beef carpaccio. The service was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
