Second time dining there and it was just a delicious as the first. Will continue to be a must go place for us when we're in Cincinnati!
Food is always par excellence! Service by Mark is outstanding as always. The other time that I was there with my family, Erin (front manager) who made the reservations for it weeks prior even remembered that it was for my birthday! He came by our table and personally greeted me happy birthday! It was such a pleasant sweet surprise— an absolutely well-appreciated gesture of fantastic customer service! Great food + great service. That's why my I/we always come back to P&D. ❤️
P&D is one of my favorite restaurants in Cincinnati, but this visit was a bit of a disappointment. We arrived for an 830 reservation and the weather was getting colder (low 60s), they had all the windows open and fans on high. At first it was comfortable but then became very chilly. We sat at the bar until our table was ready, while waiting we could see a large party (who were all dinning at P&D) standing outside smoking cigarettes (at least 4 or 5 people), they were smoking right by the open window and the entire restaurant filled with cigarette smoke. The bartenders made several comments about how bad it was. When we complained, nothing was done. Once we got our table they sat us right by and open door. It was freezing, but the staff wanted to keep the door open. It made for a very uncomfortable experience especially given the fact that we dropped over $300 on our meal and drinks. Service was "ok", but very slow. I hope this was a fluke night, unfortunately we were out for a special occasion for my wife's birthday and the evening did not go as planned.
Disappointed that the lemone pasta was cold. Other two entrees were warm but lemon was like refrigerated cold. Have ordered this in the past and quite enjoyed it served hot
Great server, weather made it possible for large windows to be open, which helped with the loudness. Food was delicious with recommendations from server. Priced appropriately as well.
We celebrated our 20th anniversary at Pepp & Dolores. This was our first time here. We got seated at cute cozy table for 2 in the basement. The ambiance was very chill and homey. All the photos on the wall are family, which I thought was so cool. Our waiter, Patrick, was awesome. His knowledge of the menu and wine list was perfection. He took the time to chat and explain any questions we had. He even made some recommendations. He truly made the evening more enjoyable. The homemade ricotta is something I'll dream about until I visit the restaurant again. Best meal we've had in Cincy! Can't wait to bring our kids with us next time.
The seasonal Crab & Corn dish is absolutely divine. Pairing that with The Dunk & the Arancini creates a wonderful melody of flavors. The Limone also compliments all the flavor profiles. I have yet to have a less than excellent meal at Pepp & Dolores, and the staff have been nothing but warm and personable. I always recommend visiting this restaurant and will continue to be a loyal patron.
Sat at the bar downstairs and the atmosphere is great down there. Andy was out bartender/server and he was awesome! Great experience and great food!
Lindsey was a great server! Fantastic recommendations and nice banter. Darla was also a gem! Highly recommend sitting in either of their sections. Highlights: Limone pasta Beef carpaccio Eggplant
Delicious and super fun experience. Had no idea there was a “speak easy” so that was a very fun surprise when the host took us down there. Food was incredible!

Classy, affordable and delicious with excellent service! Highly recommend! It was our 40th anniversary and they complimented us with a prosecco toast! Very nice touch!
Very quick turn around for good, smaller entree portions so good to order the staters as well
gina was my server and she was wonderful and knowledgeable about the menu, she recommended the lemon pasta and it was delicious

To be honest, the building and service was good. The food was not a great as I expected given the reviews on here. Lunch with tip two people with no alcoholic beverage was 97 ish dollars.
