*Sigh* Where do I start? We waited 45 mins for food and yet only 5 other tables of people. The restaurant seating is filthy. The food was horrible because it was cold and really the quality of military

Today December 14,2024 at 3:50 pm I called this location to put a order in with sharlah.. however her name is spelled. And I was trying to order some fried pickles, and also to explain my experience before with the fried pickles burning threw the foam to go boxes and Sharlah was talking over ne saying to take it up with corporate and all I was asking is if they had any tissue paper or napkins and she said to rake it up with corporate. And the way she delivers he message talking over me as a customer was very unprofessional and rude because if I was the manager she claim to be. I would had asked how would I like the food boxed up. But she had a whole attitude about how I was trying to calmly explain without being cut off how its unhealthy to eat food that burned threw the box and if it can be boxed with napkins or something and she was just cutting me off and I told her I'm not comfortable at all to place my order with such unprofessional character as a manager... how rude. And this is why I haven't not came to this location or restaurant of business!

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. We love to eat breakfast there, the food is always what we expect and have enjoyed for decades..

Food came very slow. Food was cold. Very cold. We waited maybe 30 minutes for our food and 15 for the check this Perkins location I do not recommend

Awful host but everybody else was great!

This was my first visit at Perkins.
Our server Leeli was amazing! Very attentive and lovely personality. Explained everything to us and was just warm and welcoming.
The food was amazing also! Everything was just delightful!

**Now the host, Jade/Sage (can't recall which), is a whole other story. Her attitude clearly does not align with what is required of someone who has to deal with the public, at any level! She was savage, completely unpleasant. And placed her phone in the menu, was on her phone the whole time; and her beenie pulled down over her ears to try to hide her earpiece! She is really bad! How can you have her as the first person your customers meet when they walk in? I don't get it 🤔
I even overhead her colleagues (the manager and another male colleague) trying to talk to her about her attitude and , SHE DOES NOT CARE!!

It was breakfast for dinner. I enjoyed my meal and food portions were fair. I'm a big guy so I needed more to eat. Glad Perkins is still open.

I don’t come here often but when I do Donna is answering my call or handing me my carry out order 9/10 times. She is always so kind and warm and she always makes sure my order is correct the first time. I appreciate her hospitality and how much she cares about what she does. Just wanted to show her some appreciation because it’s not unnoticed!

I have not to been to Perkins in many years but I will be back. Our server Victor was very friendly. The potato pancakes were perfect-as good as I remember
