Love the MCM decor, though the energy was hollow and not full of life. The food was good. Expecting the masters (original culture of the food) to be present but it was not. Makes a difference in the energy and wholeness of the fare. Facts, not prejudice. When we realize that, we can enjoy it more.
Portions were plentiful on the pho and broth was well seasoned. Bahn mi was super tasty, could’ve crushed like 3 of those! Good beer selection & well stocked bar, will be back!
The vibe was great. We made a reservation, even though it looked like there were tons of openings. And I'm glad we did. We arrived at 6 and it was pretty open. By 7, there was a line. Very people, very energy. We shared the salad roll (I know them as spring rolls), Pork Pho, Chicken Bahn Mi, and fried rolls. The broth in the Pho was absolutely unbelievable. I'd go back for that. And good for dipping our Bahn Mi. The pork in the Pho and the salad rolls were small square...
