Arrived after paying to park. Found out the third floor with half of the games was closed due to a private event. If we had known this we would have gone on a different day. The drinks were pricey but arcade games are free so it kind of offsets the cost.

I was charged $119.25 for a single drink and when I called to dispute the charge 3-5 times nobody picked up. I left a voicemail each time with no reply for any of them. I believe this is the second time I’ve been overcharged. Loved the environment and services but I can’t risk losing $100+ dollars for a single drink every time I go there.
Edit: I was contacted within the hour of writing this review and given a full refund for all the drinks I was charged for and also the one drink that I did order. The individual over the phone was very apologetic and helpful, and although the mistake was frustrating I was ultimately satisfied with the fact that they contacted me to help resolve the mistake.

Compared to the Columbus location it is a laughable mockery of whatever the pins brand is, small cramped areas, not well ventilated, and rude staff and people abound. Do not come here excepting anything it to be like other locations.

I keep expecting good customer service from pins in Cincinnati, which I have had. It’s been a good time. but 2/4 times we have come in, they are just so rude to us, apparently although it’s Santa con 2024 the bartender knew nothing of Santacon. Hadn’t heard of it. It’s 6pm there are thousand of ppl dressed like Santa. Over it. Your staff is biased. Get it together. The male with the pigtails was not kind.

Came here for a family reunion and the atmosphere was awesome. Just as fun for the adults as it is the kids. Kaylee was our bartender and she was AWESOME. Knew our vibes and very polite service. It’s a great spot for the family or without, 10/10 service and atmosphere.

It says 16 bit bar and arcade on Google. Which is actually on Walnut st. But the place is an upscale bar and bowling place. Will visit another time when that's what I'm looking for. looks very promising.

We went during the day so that we could bring my 11 yr old son. The staff was amazing with fantastic customer service. He had a blast playing arcade games. The weather was fantastic so we were able to enjoy the roof top and play connect 4 and jenga. I would highly recommend. We all had such a great time.
