Unreal! It makes you feel like you’re not in Cincinnati and is gorgeous. The food and vibe is okay but the view of the Ohio river and marina is stunning

This is my 5th time eating at Pirates Cove. The food is awful. They serve the worst Saratoga chips. My drink was good and the band was great. I do wish the owner would realize what a gold mine they have and improve the quality of the food. I can't give it 1 star. It is one of the few places with such a neat location.

My girlfriend ordered the Grueben, and I ordered the Salmon BLT. Both sandwiches were fair, but a bit pricey. The crispy chips were rubbery and undercooked, and the fries were just okay. The service was pretty decent, though.

It was an alright place to eat, mostly for the marina location, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there.

Also, the men’s room is in desperate need of repairs. 😳

The atmosphere is awesome. We came late in the season so a few items weren't available 😕. I ordered the Chicken Cajun macaroni and cheese, tasty but very salty.

Really laid back chill place, decent drink prices and good food. But some of the drinks are a bit oddball might not like some of the weird ones like the rum. Runner or whatever....I liked it here.. Just the live music was on at the time but we were in early afternoon.

To Whom It May Concern,

We visited your establishment on 9/1/25. In a restaurant that is seat-yourself, there were no clean tables available when we arrived. It took 20 minutes before someone came over to provide menus and take our drink order.

After placing our food order, we waited nearly an hour and a half before receiving our meals. The bread on one of the sandwiches was burnt, the fries were only lukewarm, and the rest of the food was warm at best. Since we were hungry—and based on our experience that evening—we assumed that A) our waitress wouldn’t return for another 15 minutes (which proved correct), and B) it might take an additional 30 minutes before new food would arrive if we sent it back. Because of this, we chose to eat the meals as served.

When we received our bill, I was surprised to see the total come to nearly $90 before tip for four alcoholic beverages, one non-alcoholic drink, and entrées averaging $16 each. Upon reviewing the menu, I noticed that no prices were listed for the drinks. This leaves me questioning where the additional $40 on our bill came from. Were the drinks really $10 each?

I would appreciate clarification and an explanation regarding the pricing and overall experience.

Came with my husband and 2 kids around 6:30pm only one table was available but it was dirty. We stood waiting for someone to acknowledge us. 10 minutes later a guy says its gonna be a minute. Never comes back. 5-10 minutes later a lady grabs a couple drinks off the table and hands us menus and said she she'll be back. Never cleans the table. We wait another 10 minutes and end up leaving. This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced and we didnt even get to sit down. We wont be back.
