Love their bread sticks
Order was prepared correctly. Food was excellent. HOT. And it was ready to pick up in a timely manner. Folks were polite and professional.
Food is good enough to order from there, but they are gonna give you what they want you to have never what you ordered. I order my pizza square cut everytime and they NEVER cut it that way. Your wings may be half covered in sauce as well. And if you chose for then to bring it out to you curbside. You'll never get it, they don't even look for you.
Horrible, stay far away from this place! I placed an order and almost 2 hrs later still nothing. I've called to talk to the manager but they just kept putting me on hold and then they hung up! I've called back and the same thing happened! I HOPE THIS PLACE CLOSES!!!
I waited the 15 minutes, get here they mKe the pizza wrong unfortunately I paid first, then had to PAY AGAIN and wait another 15 minutes to get the pizza I actually wanted.
You can't go out anywhere anymore. It doesn't matter where it is.
I ordered online, and DoorDash delivered it, and my hole order was wrong, called and supposedly talk to a manager and said hold I need to talk to my GM!! They offered me a $10 credit for an $18.00 pizza and the so called Manager hung up on me.., called back and the “manager “ was on the call, and said she will remake the order and it will be here by 10 pm!! We will see….. if not I am taking this whole order up in the morning when they open with the receipt that’s been marked and getting my money back!
Literally the worst pizza hit ever. Pizza was undercooked severely and we didn’t get two things we ordered the breadsticks were weird and nasty and stale. Honestly we all got so sick don’t go here

I've had problems with this Pizza Hut before, but they always make it right. I'm not asking for them to make it right this time. The food is always good, and the service is always good. I just have a suggestion. Please put enough fillings in the melts. They are delicious, but i feel cheated. Everyone is cutting corners now for better profits. Customers are going elsewhere because of those cutting corners. I will try it again to see if that was a one-time incident. Just look at the picture below and tell me that it is worth $7

Staff needs replaced. Manager seemed to be trying to hold it together. Crew was very disobedient and back talking management. Several orders were bumped infront of ours by the employees more than 20 minutes after our order was placed. The entire place was completely dead when we first came and we watched several people place orders and receive their food while we waited more than 20 minutes past our predicted ready time. Idk if the pay is too low and you're getting bottom off the barrel employees or if there's just not enough control being allowed with what can be done to staff. Either way you could double everyone's pay and cut half the crew and see better production. I've seen a little ceasers operate better with only one employee. The going rate for food work in colerain is a minimum of 14 an hour. If you are not paying this to your employees don't be surprised if the entire system collapses.

My pizza tonight was one of the worst I’ve gotten from Pizza Hut, tasted like cardboard. I ordered the tavern style pepperoni pizza & cheese sticks tonight, I always order extra sauce on my pizza, can’t stand a dry pizza, yet every time it’s dry, no extra sauce. It’s like the worker doesn’t read the order or ignores the order. The cheese sticks were soft and tasted great. I’m a long time customer, but I don’t order from Pizza Hut as often as I once did, I’ve given Pizza Hut so many chances hoping they’d get it right, but it doesn’t seem like they will, I’m at the point of never ordering again from Pizza Hut, & right now I don’t even want a credit for tonight’s order, because I’m sure the next pizza will be dry too, I just want my $$ back.

I followed the instructions on how to redeem my points for my free large pizza and free Cinnabon and it says it was in progress went to check out my card was still charged. I called customer service and they told me it is nothing can to do to fix it. I have spent a lot of money at pizza and couldn’t get my free pizza. They could have reimbursed my money but they said to try to redeem the points again for another pizza. No thank you I am not trying that lie again!!
