Clean location, the manager- Sara was extremely professional and nice when there was a small delay in the order, which is expected on a Saturday! The other employees were very friendly too! The food was hot and ready when I picked up- this location has really turned around over the last year.

Since this restaurant was taken over by new management in March, they have gone above and beyond make the customer experience a great experience. The RGM is wonderful and has executed a great hardworking staff. The food here is top notch and the community should give it another chance. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious.

Same complaint as everyone else, ordered delivery and it never arrived. Luckily we were going to pay with cash to the driver, had we paid ahead I'm not sure I could have gotten a refund.

First one I ordered online and had headed delivered. At the two pasta for dinner with breadsticks just absolutely excellent on quality. The delivery was kind of messed up but it wasn't their fault. The lady was just unbelievable that delivered it. But I'm happy to see the store making a comeback just fresh absolutely fresh food good service good quality.
I was really pleased with my experience. It started out rocky. We ordered at 430, it took a hour for them to make it. They delivered through doordash, the driver did not deliver our pizza. We called back and they were very helpful, made us new pizzas . The were very kind and helpful . The food was delicious. Only negative is that they deliver with doordash, it did take us 3 hours to get food. But sometimes patience is key.

GM doesn’t allow employee to pump and suggested the bathroom as a pumping area (when he did allow them). It is illegal to suggest a bathroom. It is illegal to not allow an employee a break to pump. Never ordering from here again.

Very friendly bunch. The manager (or maybe franchise owner) and a gal that seemed new were working. Very friendly. Service was quick, food tasted great (personal pan pizza with the little curly pepperoni and honey wings)

We received the wrong order for delivery and management not only fixed the situation but responded very generously and kindly! Great job staff!! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a gold star!
Placed an order yesterday evening. Not sure what was wrong with the food, but it was all me and my family ate since breakfast. We were up all night running to the bathroom, coming out of both ends. I called Pizza Hut this morning to speak with a manager to let them know what happened and the lady was not concerned AT ALL, said since I was the only complaint that they could do nothing. I explained maybe something was done to just my order. She asked what I wanted done out of this, and I said well, a refund would be good. The order was not even $35. She said she had to call me back. A few moments later, she called me back and said that the manager above her said I had to go to the hospital, me and my family, to get a HOSPITAL REPORT saying we had food poisoning because otherwise they did not believe me. I NEVER heard of such a thing. Let's all go to the hospital which we cannot AFFORD the ER to get a report for a order under $35?? She was unapologetically snide and rude. I am really shocked and surprised Pizza Hut would act this way. I do NOT recommend this store, not with this manager and I would be wary of eating there.

Called the store after pizza was late. They replied that left awhile ago. I’ll credit you all but you’re tip. 10 mins later my man takes the garbage out and finds our pizza laying on the side walk. Called the store back, nothing they can do. Can’t get drivers have a contract with doordash. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t deliver! Never had that problem with door dash either. I don’t get it.
