Called the store after pizza was late. They replied that left awhile ago. I’ll credit you all but you’re tip. 10 mins later my man takes the garbage out and finds our pizza laying on the side walk. Called the store back, nothing they can do. Can’t get drivers have a contract with doordash. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t deliver! Never had that problem with door dash either. I don’t get it.

Placed order at 0556 pm. Told that delivery by 0636pm. At 0700pm no delivery. Tried three different phone calls and was not connected with employees. I call the second door dash person and requested to speak with an employee. Lucas advised that my order was taken by another person. My order had to be remade. Had to ask Lucas what they were going to do and he really didn't know. My suggestion was to comp an desert so he did. Food arrived at 0800pm and pizza was not warm. Will never order pizza hut again.

It has been a while since we ordered Pizza Hut Delivery. The food was delivered earlier than expected, it was hot, tasty and delicious. Some of the best pizza we have had in quite a while.Yes it was delivered by Door Dash but I don't really care who delivers it. As long as it was on time and the order was correct, which is was. We will definitely be ordering it again.

Never have anything delivered from here. My pizza was dry, cold, and looked like it had been in the window for an hour. They also use doordash for deliveries. Pick up your orders from the one in Eastgate. Their food is actually good.

Pizza was cooked with wrong toppings. It was delivered like flat yuk that's so I can say. Horrible pizza. The wings are just ok. I can't believe how downhill this pizzeria went. Used to be great years ago.

We got a large pizza and when we got home we seen that it was swimming in butter and the sewage smell was horrible that can't be good for anyone

Was told my order would be delivered in 1/2 hour, from 3 miles away...had company so didnt go get myself.....it was almost 2 hours for order, order was burnt and cold....when i called they said they were waiting on doo dash...no where on website did it say anything about door dash!Either go somewhere else or pick up yourself.If i could give negative stars i would!

I wish I could give this store 0 stars! when you order delivery they call door dash. if I wanted to use door dash I would have called them. 25 min was what the web site said the delivery would be. after 50 min I called and asked where my food was. then was informed they used door dash. was told they dont controll door dash. how does a pizza place not have drivers! dont offer delivery then! or post it on the website so ppl can choose if they want food thats sat for over an hour before its even left the store! so now I'm waiting for an hour and 35 min and still no food. pizza hut has always been my fav , but I will nvr order again. I hope this store gets closed.
