Good pizza at a great price. Their chicken wings are amazing. Sadly, doesn't deliver but I've made my peace with that.

Pizza was cooked with wrong toppings. It was delivered like flat yuk that's so I can say. Horrible pizza. The wings are just ok. I can't believe how downhill this pizzeria went. Used to be great years ago.

Service was great super fast delivery. Can't say the same for the food. Maybe it's me but the original crust seemed kinda mushy to me. I don't have an opinion about the ambiance I ordered carry out.I thought the delivery charge was a little high especially since they let you know it not a driver tip. I will probably try a different pizza place next time. There's so many to choose from and it's not really that cheap anymore.

I have been waiting for my pizza for 2 hours...still no pizza...when you call customer service they transfer you to the store....noone answers the phone at the store.

They don't even deserve 1 star. This isn't the first time that I have had an issue with this place. I placed an order at 10:15pm. ETA for delivery was 40-50 minutes. 10:55pm I receive a text message saying my pizza is out for delivery. 11:40pm still no pizza. I call the store. I tell them what is going on and they tell me they are waiting for a Dasher to pick up the order. I asked him if my food was still there he said yes. I ask to talk to a manager. He gets on the phone and gives me the story about how they don't have any drivers and they have to use a 3rd party source (Doordash) to do their deliveries. He offered me a "Credit for the trouble." I asked him if my food was still there, if it was I was going to pick it up. He said no the dasher had picked it up already. I told him that the other person had told me that it was still there. The manager told me that the other person had looked at the wrong order and that mine had left the store. I told him fine give me a store credit for my order. Got off the phone with him still waiting for my food because it had "already left the store." 5 minutes later I call back because I decided that I wanted a refund not a credit. Still no food. Had to call back twice because the first time they answered and then hung up. I call back the second time and ask to speak to the manager and am told that "He is using the bathroom." I ask him again if my order was still at the store, he told me yes it was still there. I told him that was funny because his manager had told me that it had left the store. He said "Oh the last time I checked it was still there." Needless to say I wasn't nice after that and the guy on the phone said he would refund my money. He got my credit card number and said he refunded the money. So then they proceed to blame Doordash for their delivery problems. If there is such a problem with getting drivers maybe they need to talk to Grammas Pizza, Dominos, Larosas, or Papa Johns, they don't seem to be having a problem. Update: 12:19am I just received a message from DoorDash saying my order is being delivered by Doordash a partner delivery service at 12:30am, and it gave me the Dashers phone number. I just called the Dasher and he just told me that he picked up the order 3 minutes ago from the store!!! My food finally arrived at 12:36am, order was wrong as usual. The Doordash driver was awesome. I will be contacting Corporate. This is ridiculous. I will never order from here again!!!!

I pre-ordered my pizza so I would have it by 6pm when I wanted it. 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I tried to call and was connected to a line where there is no answer. Then I get a text message saying it was being delivered by doordash and would be here by 6:45. No explanation just trying to blame it on civid-19. It seems that has become the prime excuse for bad customer service.

My first 1-star. I do not have pizza all that often, but over the years, when I do order za I like p-hut. In this case...90+ minutes and still waiting. Could be online. Could be this specific site. Don't know. Don't particularly care. I also called the phone number and it just rang until it hung up. If I could give a zero, I would. UPDATE: Moved to a 2-star = they had a manager quit and delivered my meal at no charge. I wanted to tip the delivery person but he/she was already in their car when I opened my door. So kudos to those that stepped up.

Dammit Pizza Hut! You had the perfect opportunity to crush a 5 star rating and...well. Blah! Ordered on the app for carry out as I wanted to receive the deliciousness right out of the oven/fryer. Ordered the new Edge Pizza Ultimate (Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Red Onions, and Tomatoes) and 6 Mild Buffalo Wings. The pizza was awesome! Thin and crispy with cheese and toppings packed to the edge (hence the name). It's cut into squares and I ate a corner/edge piece on the ride home (one of those triangle pieces). Boy, was it hot and the cheese really tried to fight me on burning my mouth. All good, I'm an expert haha. 5/5 The wings? Fail. I've had really good wings from Pizza Hut before. They use a fryer instead of an oven which usually makes the skin crispy and delicious. Not this time. I assume they took the wings out before being done and after tossing into the Mild Buffalo sauce, they were completely soggy. No different than any of the other chain pizza places that use an oven. The wings fell apart when bitten into. I swear I've had good crispy wings from Pizza Hut before. The price of the wings at Pizza Hut reflect the quality that they usually are. Not this time. 2/5 This was Pizza Hut's one time opportunity to achieve a 5 star rating from me. The pizza itself was worthy of 5 stars and I would highly recommend. However, I'm not just a one toy and I'm done kinda guy. I wanted wings as well, which I've had previously and they were great. Sadly disappointed though. I'll love the leftover pizza in the air fryer and hopefully the air fryer will actually cook the wings unlike the first time they were prepared from the actual restaurant.

Super Bowl night ordered pizza and wings put on cc card tipped ahead of time 20% 1 1/12 hour later called and asked where order was they said they delivered it, they set it outside, went outside no order anywhere to be found, called back offered store credit I said no I want a refund, refunded the price of order, tried to keep the tip, I called back again gave cc # again to try and get my tip refunded have yet to do so, rude, inefficient, no apology, I will never order again from them. WHO DELIVERS A PIZZA WITHOUT HANDING IT TO THE CUSTOMER, someone who is tipped ahead of time!!!!!
