Ordered delivery from their online site. Was being delivered by DoorDash. Went through multiple dashers who would go wait for a bit and leave. Order ended up being delivered over an hour after the expected delivery time and was wrong. Dasher that waited said the staff was just goofing off and not finishing orders. Won’t be ordering here again.

Worst experience ever, order a cheese pizza with spicy marinara sauce cool right? Wrong, no sauce at all on my cheese pizza tasted like popcorn, would have thought it would have been an easy fix, no the manager told me since she made it herself the pizza cannot be remade unless I wanted to pay.
Called the district manager great service figured out the issue and saved me so much time. I wouldn’t recommend this location if your in a rush.

The customer service here is excellent! Worker offered to help carry my pizza and wings out to my car, offered plates and napkins, and got my parm cheese so I didn’t forget! The pizza hot and good. The wings smelled amazing!

Garbage! Delivery is terrible! Poor customer service!!
This one is worse than the one on glenway. The toppings were scarce and piled up in one spot and others, it was cut horribly, and the sauce was clumped in places as well!!!
The cheese sticks were burnt too!!!!

Ordered through the app. Received confirmation for my order, and then 10 minutes or so later I received a call they were closed.
Kept receiving updates like my order was being finished and delivered. I tried to call the store, someone answered (I could hear noise in the background) but no one spoke. Then I was put on hold again.
I had ordered food elsewhere since I was told they were closed. Currently there is still a pending charge on my account, and I could not reach customer service to confirm my order was actually void because the store was closed.

The food never made it to my house! The Delhi pizza hut uses door dash, the pizza hut manager said that door dash steals orders "all the time, that's why they are trying to quit using them". I didn't order through door dash, I used pizza hut website and they use door dash. The basically said it's my problem and I should call door dash myself. I don't have a door dash login or anything. So I can't get my food or a refund. DONT ORDER from PIZZA HUT in DELHI OH.
