There should be a 0 star option. We ordered a pizza and paid over the phone over an hour ago. We were told 25-35 minutes delivery. We called back to check on our order and were told the system has been down since 8:00 so she does not know how an order was placed. Our card was also charged twice and all the manager could say was “I don’t know.”
