There should be a 0 star option. We ordered a pizza and paid over the phone over an hour ago. We were told 25-35 minutes delivery. We called back to check on our order and were told the system has been down since 8:00 so she does not know how an order was placed. Our card was also charged twice and all the manager could say was “I don’t know.”

made an order on the pizza hut app and never received the order. called over 2 hours, up until closing. then called more than 5x once they opened with no answer. I tried calling corporate, no answer. do not recommend at all. still no word on a refund or anything....

If I could give it zero stars I definitely would I ordered 3 hours ago and it hasn't been delivered I called the place only for them to hang up on me I'm never ordered from here ever again

Been trying to reach our store for over an hour and no answer. Delivery service is awful. Find out 10 minutes before our estimated delivery time that it was switched to doordash. 20 minutes later door dasher dryer tosses our pizza at the door.
