I just order two pizzas, they were both under cooked. No crisp to the crust at all. I've never had that happen before

I ordered a pizza here and some breadsticks online late at night. The order went through, and when I called to check on it because an hour had gone by, the customer service lady told me they were not doing delivery from this location. I questioned if they were going to tell me or not because I had been sitting home waiting for my pizza. She said I would have to call the store. So I called the store and got no answer. So I called back the customer service and she told me I'd have to go down to the store if I wanted to pick it up. So I got in my car and drove all the way down to the store, just to find The door locked, with a note on it saying "be back in 30 minutes." I obviously couldn't wait 30 more minutes after I've already been waiting an hour for the pizza and another 10 to get to the store. So I left with no food and drove to McDonald's next door.

There should be a 0 star option. We ordered a pizza and paid over the phone over an hour ago. We were told 25-35 minutes delivery. We called back to check on our order and were told the system has been down since 8:00 so she does not know how an order was placed. Our card was also charged twice and all the manager could say was “I don’t know.”

If I could give it zero stars I definitely would I ordered 3 hours ago and it hasn't been delivered I called the place only for them to hang up on me I'm never ordered from here ever again

Delivery is over an hour late. Been on hold for 40 minutes and talked to five different people, only to keep being transferred. The store will not answer the phone. Out $30. Horrible customer service.

Apparently they're using DoorDash to deliver their pizzas now. Well the store texted that our pizza was out for delivery, and then nothing. We waited for 45 minutes, before contacting the store. The manager said our order left when we got the text, and to check around our house. WHAT? Sure enough we found our pizzas sitting on the steps leading up to our house. They'd been out there for at least 20 minutes and were cold and gross. Who just leaves food like that without calling, texting, or knocking? This was just ridiculous.

No the pizza was a no . The stuffed crust wasn't even edible . Had no flavor & was disgusting . The cheese and toppings were just nasty . I wish i could rate it a 0 . I wish i could rate it a 0 star . Never again . Refund maybe ? The cheese doesn't even stretch .

Pizza Hut deserves some love after making an otherwise disappointing night surprisingly pleasant. Ordering late night food is usually not my go to move.. talk about rolling the dice. But after a night of listening to my boyfriend lose business deals and yell on the phone I was left desperate, and all dressed up with no where to go... except Pizza Hut. Little did I know, It was beckoning me. The universe had decided.. I earned myself hot, juicy fresh wings, buttery crisp garlicky bread sticks and thick hot steamy pizza. What a night. Thank you Pizza Hut.

Me and a friend went here after ordering online. We were going to pay at the store. Got there and the doors were locked. My friend banged on the door and he saw a guy in the back of the store. I don't know what happened in the middle of the afternoon. We got there between 2-3pm. So we know the store should have been opened. Sucks we had to go somewhere else.

Stuffed Crust Pizza!! Yum Yum - Give Me Some!! This location is in a very busy strip of shops and restaurants on Glenway Ave. I love Pizza Hut but only indulge a few times a year. This go-round I went with a stuffed crust pizza which I hadn't had in years. The pizza was delish and ready when promised. The only thing holding back one star was presentation. The pizza comes with one container of sauce on the side, I requested 3 (one is never enough.) They put all 3 containers in the box with the pizza and in the process a couple of slices ended up getting smooshed together. This seems kinda careless. I recall years ago when I had the same request, they put the sauce containers in a breadstick box which was a nice touch. I don't consider this to be a deal breaker and will return here again soon.
