They always make my order right. Sometimes wait time can be longer, but I was told on of the other stores was closed recently and they were just busier than usual. So i wasn't mad. Food was hot when I got it and it was good so wait time was totally worth it!

I mean Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. But this is a very good Pizza Hut location, just wish extra cheese wasn't so expensive ?
10.27.24 around 1:15 Pm . We called, and the girl took the order, then hung up on us. We called back to make sure it would be a pan style and to add wings because we didn't have time to tell our whole order cause she hung up. She answered the second time, and we said that order will be a pan style. She said thats an extra dollar, then hung up, i couldn't even order the wings. I understand you're busy, but can I order the food? I hope the food will be okay when we get it.

Placed an order through the app, never got my food after an hour and a half. Tried calling them directly, but was stuck on hold for 15 minutes. Tried calling through the new order line and ended up at a call center. Called the store directly again, and was again stuck on hold. So I drove to the store while on hold to find that only one guy was left to handle everything in the store and he was clearly swamped. Manager should be ashamed leaving his place that poorly staffed. It took a while to figure out how to get a refund, and when it was all said and done I ended up with no food, although I did get my refund. This place is so poorly managed they should be ashamed.

First off I miss the sweet cherry peppers toppings.But the new garlic cheese bread is really good.. the frigo "cheese crisp edges" make it bangin... the pan pizza is usually better than it was this time... as it seems like the prepped pan pizza dough did not have well oiled edges so the Crust edge was not as crisp while the bottom was"OIL THAT THING" when I think pizza hut deep dish... crispy almost fried crust...mmmm ... I'm not there for health food ...butter oil it up...But yeah a basic pizza hut experience, BUT make them deep dish right... unhealthy fried edges tasty... thats what I paid extra for...It's a pickup/ delivery store so not much atmosphere and service to rate other than pay and receive pizza... and honestly other than being greeted and thanked for visiting that's about all I expect.
