There friendly and good customer service and very knowledgeable and fast on service if you guys go there on slow or busy day they will make sure give you it on time and want to say keep up hard work mostly to team and General Manager

This place is a joke! Sara needs to be fired and a complaint will be fired with corporate. Keep your business away from this place. This place needs to be the next to shut down. Went in and asked why they couldn’t pick up the phone after 1hour of sitting on hold and they denied me service and told me to leave the premises. What a joke this place is. Took my money right down the street where it was appreciated.

The night manager “Sara” was very rude as well as sarcastic in response to a complaint about receiving the wrong pizza. She lacked professionalism and failed to resolve the issue. In my opinion “Sara” is incompetent and I’m sure fails regularly at her position in Restaurant Management!

The service really sucks I ordered two pizzas melts and never received my order I called the store and it was around about a half hour before they closed and they never answered the phone that is so unprofessional to not answer the phone and they need to get there own drivers and stop using door dash drivers it's always a problem with them if I could give zero Stars I would have

I just ordered a large supreme stuffed crust and I gotta say this was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I've had this pizza at other locations over the years and it's always good, but I've never had one that looked like it belongs on the commercials and tastes as good as it looks. Amazing job to the staff on July 3rd, 2024. Pizza also arrived almost 15 minutes earlier than projected. The picture doesn't do it any justice.

Why don't they answer the phone??? Went in to place a carry-out order. The phone rang nonstop. None of the employees would answer the phone. The food was very disappointing, not good. The employees seemed overly stressed. Definitely will NOT be returning.

Pizza Hut in Bridgetown is my favorite pizza. I’m not Italian, and didn’t even have my first pizza until I was 8 years old, so that doesn’t say much for authenticity. There are other places in town that will get me that, if that’s what I’m craving. They won’t, however, give me the flavors and textures I love in pizza, served up fresh with consistent quality, the way I like it. The staff is nice, the woman who owns the place works there. The lobby is clean, but not fancy. They don’t have a dining room, only some chairs to sit on while you wait for your order, if you arrived early. If you’re early, and you don’t like sitting inside, a staff member will bring your order out to your car. Perfect. Very convenient if you have bad knees, or if you have a car full of kids. Pizza Hut in Bridgetown is the place to go for family-friendly taste and consistent quality.
