I love this Pizza Hut Location! Even though it is not my local store it is well worth the travel get fresh hot food that is so delicious! Staff is amazing and always welcoming! I just met the GM today and I can see why the staff is so awesome and they have a great leader! Keep up the good work Pizza Hut!
Wanted to take the time out my day to give Dee the manager an excellent review! She is the epitome of customer service. On a hectic $2 pan pizza Tuesday she multi-tasked, directed, lead & was excellent under pressure! If I was Pizza Hut, I would have her train all the Manager’s in the region! She made my experience well worth the wait & my food was fantastic. I will recommend all my friends, family & coworkers in Cincinnati to go to that Pizza Hut if they want an Outstanding Experience! Thank you Dee! My family thanks you too! Dinner was eaten well in the Patton Household, with a smile too….Because of you & your service!❤️

The workers are friendly but I was HIGHLY DISSATISFIED to see workers making pizza WITHOUT the use of gloves!!!! Unacceptable!!
$7 delivery fee to hand an order to a third party doordash driver is absolutely insane. The literal cahoney's on this company to do that. Corporate greed at its finest.

Great place to grab a quick pizza meal. I highly recommend the personal Pan pizzas. They always come out PERFECTLY and are DELICIOUS. The shop is in a convenient location, making it an easy in and out experience so you can get back home and enjoy your delicious meal. Of course, they have delivery, but the staff is always very kind and quick, making it an enjoyable pick-up experience. I know when I pick up my food will be hot, fresh and made with care. Worth every bite!
