The food was hot and flavored. The food was hot and prepared accurately when I arrived. The staff was friendly and asked if needed plates, seasoning packets. Restaurant was clean.

This was undoubtedly the worst pizza I have ever tasted. It was extremely dry and overcooked. I ordered the pizza online and picked it up at the store, intending to enjoy it during a girls' night out with my family. However, neither I nor my family could eat it. I considered contacting the store for a refund. I doubt I will dine at Pizza Hut again. Additionally, I had requested plates, napkins, and plasticware with my order. Upon arrival, I was only handed the pizza. I had to ask for the plates, napkins, and plasticware again, and even then, I only received napkins and plates. The store was somewhat chaotic, with a line of customers, and the staff seemed disorganized. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I have no plans to return to that location again.

The manager Jackie was so helpful. She made sure my order was exactly what I ordered and fresh. She was stuck with no driver, so she had door dash deliver my order quick. Fresh food, great service great prices!

This place sucks. I ordered my food & it said it would be ready in 15 mins. I even gave this place an extra 15 mins AFTER it said on the app that the food was done .. go to pick my food up and they told me it would still be another 25 mins lol. What a joke
