Pleasant Ridge Chili Restaurant

Knowing I won’t be back to Cincinnati for awhile, I had to try a little bit of a few things. I tried the chili dog, fries and spaghetti…I loved all 3! The fries were my favorite of the 3, but the hot dog and spaghetti were great as well and I’m happy I tried them all! Definitely recommend paying them a visit if you are in the Cincinnati area and want some authentic Cincinnati food!

My partner and I sat waiting to be served for 30 minutes before we got up and left. We were not outright refused service but that’s what it felt like. For a diner style restaurant I expect to have my order taken within 5-10 minutes. I’ve loved PRC since I was a kid but this left such a bad taste in my mouth I won’t be back for a while

My first time was yesterday. It was alright, would come back again but definitely get something different since my belly did not agree with the chili spaghetti (which stinks because it was really good!)

They are very unprofessional and racist!!! I placed a order waited 45 mins and watched people that order after me get there orders and then when I ask about my order the stupid lady had lost my ticket n find my order so I ask for my money back that’s when they wanted to try and find my order

Best Cincinnati chili in town. Service is fast, friendly. They have lots of other familiar diner options like, double deckers, breakfast all day. Try the gravy cheese fries. Delicious.

They were nice about correcting my order. Timing is always on point. I think I may go get some today?! Oh wait it's Monday I'll have to wait until tomorrow or later this week?

This is one of my favorite restaurants, but this last visit was pretty bad. We sat and ordered our food and drinks, and then sat there for 30 minutes as we watched every table that arrived after we did get their food and drinks. For context, we were a party of 3. A few attempts to get the waitresses attention were ignored, so we just left. Only after we stood up were we asked what was wrong/ why we were leaving. Just kind of sucks and definitely not what I expected from this place
